I wish I would have got her name but the woman that was working cashier this afternoon put my phone up when I forgot it at the store. I think she was the manager, I've always had good interactions when she's working thank you so much because losing your phone is like losing your pocketbook all your bank information and all your personal things she saved me a lot of trouble today

Horrible store got scammed today out of my money by one of the cashiers in the store called my bank for an transaction to see if the money was put back on my card but it only shows where they charged nothing showing that a pending refund is processing this is sad as a business they was rude etc. Didn't even give me a receipt to call corporate nor they names because the store manager had no name tag one nor was she in uniform

Shelves were disorganized, price on shelves were wrong. Florr was dirty as well as the parking lot.

The reason they get 5 stars is because for one the had shopping carts. I understand it's not their fault that people will take the cart from the store,also they didn't have cart all in the aisle with merchandise on it. I no some store are short of staff but still make your store worth wanna shop @ your store, I leave my neighborhood Family Dollar to go to another one. Deans Bridge is neat and staff are pleasant.

I was heading into the store when a lady (afro american) stopped me abruptly and stated that ," I can't take you, the system is down I need to lock the doors, rushing me out of the store!" If you're going to hire someone whose ghetto, then teach them the proper etiquette for the store.
