I'm very disappointed that I have to give a one star because I have had work done 2 other times to my car from them and both times were successful. This time was not successful went for them to fix my air-condition and let's just say the problem got worse after I left. I will not be going back. I felt like he cheated me and left me with a bigger problem.

The verdict is still out in reference to how I’m really gonna review this place. My mother‘s car mini Cooper has been there since the end of June. I’m still dealing with them to find out the ETA update in reference to my mother‘s car.
Now I will say when it comes to communicating and letting me know, what’s the ETA on my mother‘s car that is a one star !!! And it seems like when you asked it seems like you’re bothering them, but yet you have my mother‘s car!
It is now 8-28-24 and now I have to get on the road to drive to this place because they do not pick up the phone.
Update: I have now contacted auto protect USA that has the warranty claim for my mother‘s car. They have informed me that no claim has been submitted from this mechanic, but he has told me several times
that he sending pictures to this place.
I will keep you all updated!

So after getting a quote to fix something for 3,200 I decided I needed a second option. After asking some coworkers their place to go I took it here and had the one part that needed to be replaced for $200. I will say if you plan to go try to call ahead but you may be better off going in person . My car was done in 3 days and I feel it was fairly priced . I will be going here from now on :)

Enrique's Auto Services is Amazing...

This shop doesn't value their time or your time. I was quoted $45 for diagnostic which I thought to be a little too cheap, but I was referred to them by a friend. I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique is sick! The price might be right, but the service is terrible!

He changed the part, I paid for the service the next day, and the same problem arose. He didn't fix the issue and didn't give me the money back because he said he installed the part and paid for it. It was him who made the mistake by buying and installing the part, not me. Bad experience. I agree when women say 'if you are a woman, always the shops can be ripped off to you.'
