“I called Tom McMahon to see if he could fix a 10 yr old plasma that had its hdmi port burnt by lightning.He took the time to look up my TV and called me right back.Although he could not get the parts due to its age, he gave me a work around by telling me about an adapter that would convert the hdmi to the set of jacks on the TV designed for older configurations. Twenty bucks on eBay.Great guy and great advice - totally above and beyond. Thanks, I love my old plasma.”
