They sold us a wheelchair, and it wouldn't fold up, then it broke. They replaced it with another kind of wheelchair, and it won't fold up either. I can't return it because it won't fold up to fit in the car, and they never gave us a receipt when we exchanged it.

There were bed bugs all in my mothers wheel chair would not recommend getting anything from them this is definitely used wheelchair when they told my mom that it was a brand new wheelchair!!! There are expensive for 2,500 dollars too so would not recommend buying!!!

I came in to buy a $4000 scooter. They included the tarp with for the scooter, and I also bought a scooter lift, and after I paid for it, I had to come back to the store because the tarp wasn’t in my vehicle they told me never to come back again, because I wanted to get the tarp that was promised me they gave me a hard time very hard time about it when I was there and asked me not to return. I’ve never spent that much money and got so poor service.

They helped by providing a wheelchair for my wife who had a severely injured ankle. It was just needed temporarily so she could enter the store, but we ended up renting it in the end. They provided us with a list of providers we could reach out to for a product they didn't have in stock. Sweet and helpful staff!

I went in because they have a great showroom with all kinds of mobility equipment. I am in need of a power lift recliner. Lynn was so helpful! I found exactly what I need. I feel so confident in the quality and in knowing that, if anything goes wrong, they are right there and will perform maintenance. They made the experience so easy for me! Thanks Lynn!

I called them a couple hours ago looking for a hospital bed rental. A family member had just had surgery and we were told last minute that they weren’t going to be able to make up stairs to bed due to some issues. They had originally told me that the soonest they would be able to deliver it would be tomorrow. I let them know my situation and asked if there was anyway we could get it tonight. They ended up giving the owner a call and the owner personally delivered the bed just a few hours later. This business went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company for any medical supply needs. They are fantastic.

Wide variety of selections. All employees were helpful and friendly. All were willing to help.
Affordable prices within the store showroom. A few discounted at the time.
Repair persons onsite Mon thru Thurs.
Service provided overall was excellent. Referred to others needing items and services offered. A place to return to for medical needs.
