“Great Store. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Anything that you can not find the team can surely get you to the item. They keep it stocked and clean. May have a few overstock items but its still well organized.Ms. Paula is the greatest. I love seeing her every time I go into the store. She always Greets me, if she is not busy checking out another customer & always make sure to ask "How am I?" and "Did I find everything I needed?" She is what we need in customer service.Overall this entire team is professional and courteous to their customers. There are no long lines & it's an in and out experience for those looking to save time. You will find what you need and be out the store in under half the time you do in most stores.THANK YOU DOLLAR TREE TEAM FOR YOUR ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!! BEST IN THE AREA!!!”

“Staff, esp blonde haired 30ish female, who often seems to be DOING IT ALL, DESERVE RETAINING. I know DG well, this store is quite busy. YES, aisles are full often of new shipments.HIRE SOME STOCK STAFF, MR. PERDUEDG CAN AFFORD TO PAY GOOD EMPLOYEES BETTER. CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. you cannot take care of customers and shelves at the same time.”
“I love this store ive been shopping with them since they were at the other store down the street i love that everything is literally cheap like you can get snacks that will last weeks just off of 5 dollars. The also have self checkout a new upgrade because they didnt have it in the old store. dont mean to be a snitch but someone came in with ebt and they gave them cashback”

“Love all the people there!!!! They are all like family!!!!July 2 2021The store has always been very clean and nice. Tonight in there the staff was as always like family love management couldn't have better people at this location!”
“Nice discount store, wide range of household products, food, small novelty items like phone holders and plugs. May not have a particular brand, but they do have name brand items. Prices for items are much lower then other places (although they often do not have the price listed of individual items if the section contains items that are the same price). Shop here before you go to other stores.”

210 S Belair Rd, Augusta“Lots a star for accessibility, I can never walk down all the aisles especially if I get a cart and they never have more than one person on the register which makes buying anymore than things back-up the line of customers.”
“The family Dollar store is great. Prices on their cleaning products can hardly be beat. The employees that work there are very friendly and helpful. The convenience items like fast Frozen foods great selection and the store is clean. The people that visit there leave trash everywhere in the parking lot. I feel very bad for the employees that have to clean it up bad people leave garbage in the parking lot.”
“I wish I would have got her name but the woman that was working cashier this afternoon put my phone up when I forgot it at the store. I think she was the manager, I've always had good interactions when she's working thank you so much because losing your phone is like losing your pocketbook all your bank information and all your personal things she saved me a lot of trouble today”
“Good experience great customer service. Always find what I'm looking for. Our neighborhood store is the best. Family dollar on dean's bridge rd by Iga.”
“This is the Dollar General on Wrightsboro Road towards the medical district downtown. There were 2 very nice young black men that helped me find things in the store & helped me use the locked bathroom. They went above & beyond to help me find prices for the items on the clearance table. They were pleasantly professional!”

“It may be the Dollartwentyfive Tree now but it’s still the cheapest place to buy basic necessities in downtown Augusta’s food desert. Wish they had a few fresh fruits and veggies. Even apples and a couple of things like tomatoes would do.”
