The rental car companies are right in the baggage area. You don't have to walk very far. The process was very easy and the attendant was excellent and friendly.

Great rental car experience at the Augusta Airport
Checkout / return was a breeze. Car was clean & full tank of gas. No pressure to take insurance. The agent was so accommodating. I would definitely rent from then again

I got great support from the Augusta Dollar/Thrifty team. I accidentally left my luggage in a rental car. I worried about how I could get it back. The Augusta team patiently worked with me and shipped my luggage through UPS. Thank you for all your support and help.

Terrible customer service would not give me an alternative option to pay my weekly rate and towed my vehicle. Tried paying but only accepts payment from the original card which isn’t practical when most people use multiple payment vehicles to purchase or rent normally

5/10 I usually go to the airport to get my rental. Cars are usually decent cost & The staff is pleasant. They do not have a working telephone number THEY NEVER PICK UP. Be expected to wait weeks to get your deposit back.
