It's Dollar General. Always a mess.. but they all are. Not enough employees to stock and run the front and loss prevention and customer service.. they understaff all of them.

This is unbelievable ,i placed an online order today. Called the store the gentleman said"hello" i said is this dollar general ? I asked the employee would anyone be able to start on my order that is scheduled to be ready between 7-8pm. He stated that's above his pay grade and he will not complete by order. I asked for a manager and he stated he is the lead and no one is available . Then he hung up in my face .This is poor customer services and i would like a full refund. I went inside the store after my shift tonight and i was curious if they were out stock or it was something else due to not fulfilling my order but behold my items were fully stocked . I would have just purchased them right then and there but i would not be able to use my coupons.There were two men working tonight , one Caucasian and one African American .

Janice is the type of employee every company would love to have. In spite of many obstacles, she never once lost her composure. I have been to the majority of Dollar General stores within 15 minute range, and she is THE exception. Please treasure this exceptional person! Your loyal customers do!

Terrible location. This was Richmond County’s way of saying screw you Columbia County. Went in once just to see the inside and wasn’t greeted by anyone working, and even while at the check out counter the girl said nothing to me except my total. Thanks for ruining Steven’s Creek…

Just drove up here at 9:42pm tonight. Sign says open until 10:00pm. Already locked up. Not the first time. Pretty bad when they literally just opened maybe 2 months ago. Also employees very rarely will greet you or even interact with you at all. A lot of the time you stand at the counter for several minutes before you actually get an employee to come to register.
