This store is cluttered , the staff is not helpful....most of the time when I walk in I don't know if anyone is working...don't see anyone. If I weren't an honest person I could walk in and take what I wanted and walk out without paying ! It's the worst Dollar General that I have ever been in .

First, Needed sunglasses, was blocked by boxes and inventory that wasn't put away. Second, trashy isles when trying to find and buy items for Christmas shoe box. Third, when checking out, the cashier held the phone, watching something on it with her butterfly lashes without apology and continued thru checking is out.This is the rudest action, and unprofessional.

Visited this store today. Sign on the front door reads "we have no bags". Very unsafe environment with stock in all the aisles.

I am so disappointed in Dollar General for the current state of this location. They have not had air conditioning in this store for MONTHS. It is HOT in there, I can't believe the employees have to work in that. I would literally never be able to. The store today was in disarray, boxes stroked all over the floors. But sheesh if I worked in this sweat shop I wouldn't work hard either. Do better dollar general

This is one of nastiest unclean stores . I have visited the cashier was so busy playing on her phone to find music she didn't even see l entered the store. Only to then see me walk to register to pay and she decides to take her purple braids to the back and not check me out for almost 5 minutes. So corporate is being notified. This kind of customer service should not be tolerated by anyone.

Always plenty of product and decent prices. Look for the sales. They have great clearance including Georgia Bulldog clothing and items.

They have nothing in stocks and no one works there. They are off some where so the has never been any one at cash register ever.. if you paying in cash good luck..self check out only..

I am just leaving this dollar general and the rep has her phone on the counter playing rap music. She scanned an item 3 times after I told her the price was not correct. If this is customer service and how the store is going to be ran, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

When I asked for an exchange I was told rudely that there was no policy to exchange two pairs of shoes I received for Christmas. Then when I asked for a manager the woman named jasmine or something like that (she didnt want me to know) said she was the manager and would not give me a contact for a corporate manager. Worst customer service EVER! My days of shopping with DG are over! Never forget your receipt!UPDATE an angel manager named stephanie from the other store on bel-air called and helped me out and told me she would return my shoes and gladly take my business. That's the ONLY reason I changed my one star to a 3. God bless you! And thank you for that call! ?
