“One of the better post exchanges I've been to (Ft. Benning, Stewart, Bliss, Carson, Huachuca). Has a good selection of furniture, electronics and tools. Clothing and sales doesn't have to much, constantly on back order for things.”

The Sales Associate was very friendly and processed the return without a problem.

The Atmosphere in the store is so friendly.
Everyone has a smile on their face,asking us how we were doing.
We also stopped in the cologne section and the young man there helped us,pick a new cologne for my husband.
We went to the jewelry section and the young Lady there was dealing with a couple of very difficult customers,never loosing her cool.
So we browsed around,until we seen, she was free.
She had a smile on her face,never uttered a word about the previous customers and helped me find 2 beautiful bangles.
Let me also add that the temperature in the store was perfect.
It is getting hot outside and to walk in and feel instantly comfortable, was refreshing.

“This is one of my favorites places to shop for gifts and if you sign up for their email list you get notified of their newest items clothes jewelry and other things.”
“Macy’s will allow you to order off the website and then they will cancel your order and hold the money for weeks. They are scamming and holding money for fraudulent transactions. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is how they are staying afloat. They are banking your money by canceling orders.”
“Got a nice couch from here, highly recommend their furniture. If you sign up for their rewards card (free), the next purchase can take 15% off, so we got a deal on the couch.”

“It is never enough cashier's to cover the number of customers checking out. The shelves are very bare, especially the shoe selection. If you need my help with managing unloading, stocking, and register, just said that I'm available 4 A.M until 4P.M Monday through Saturday.”

“I had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didn't have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!”
“In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!”

“Love to look for a good bargain? Look at Burlington. But take your time. 2 identical items can be priced with dollar prices. Kids' clothes are priced just right for as quickly as they grow out of them.”
“Made a quick stop on my way home from church, with the aisles clear it made my in and out trip very easy, and the cashier was very customer friendly yet professional (suggestive sales).”
“I went to look for play sand. Couldn't find aisle Y20. When I asked an associate where Y20 was, they said Garden Center. There was a Y6, Y7, and Y8. Asked another associate, who referred me to a different associate. This associate walked around the Garden Center with me; couldn't find it. Then the Garden Center associate showed up. He showed me where it was. You have to go outside the Tire Center door to get to it. They have it so you can drive through with your car, but I guess you would have to pay for it, then drive around with your receipt. I just put it on my cart and took it inside and paid.”
“It's always been a second place to go to shopping..It's always been a comfort place I guess that you can say.. the prices might be kind of high on the things that I would normally get, but they always have great bargains to all set the high price things.”
“Very very nice gentleman helped me get some things out of electronics cage, I don't think they even have to help but he was eager to help and he realed me on in to sign up for a Verizon contract Stylus 5G phone because he was just so easy going and funny the whole time I had to wait to get phone activated, which he did actually very quickly for me and the down payment price was great. The monthly payments are high though.”
