i didn’t even wanna give them 1 star .. first of all we all know the tires are used , they tried to give me a tire with a hole in it (i could hear the air coming out) and they was gone patch/plug the tire and still put it on my car .. not only that , they broke my sensor off and is now giving me the run around . i don’t know if they are going to reimburse me for getting my own sensor did or not but this slowed down me being able to get on the road when i was pose to . DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THEM . the tire with the hole in it is patched up and ready to be sold to THE NEXT VICTUM AND THE TIRE SIZE IS A 235/45/18 PLEASE BE AWARE THE REVIEWS ARE WHAT YOU GET SERIOUSLY !!! I SHOULD HAVE READ AND LISTENED TO THEM MYSELF !!!

Bought a bad tire from this place 7 days ago, tire blew out Wednesday morning on i95 in Florida. Nobody never mentioned a 5 day warranty until it was time for me to replace my tire. Will not support. Typical black folks tryna get over.

I dont recommend if you need a tire! Went there June 27 and got 4 tires one tire went right after I left it went flat.. I called them and let them know that it went flat they told me they would take care of it.. I went back up there and the guy said my warranty went out. Idk what kinda business they running but it’s a bad one I can tell it’s definitely drug related. DONT GO THERE

Very unprofessional, whoever the woman is working there, (she has locs and piercings) told the worker that broke my hubcap when he pulled it off to fix my tire,,,, that my fiancé can put my hubcap back on because they literally tired to act like they didn’t brake it and that it was already broken, the piece that help the hubcap snap back in. From her Characteristics, she portrayed herself as being sneaky and trying Cover their own selves. And that alone tells me ain’t no telling what they will cover theirselves on next or any other time. Be careful and watch them if you are getting your tire fixed. It seems to be fixed though. Got a plug for my tire that cost $25. They do not do patches.

I just moved here in oct. Last year from florida and the last thing i needed was a flat tire but thank god for these people. They were a very kind couple, they was informational and the guy changed my tire in the bat of an eye!. Plus they prices are very affordable, i definitely recommend them for a go to place for new/used tires in Augusta. Thank you!?? Ms. Crystal B

Very unprofessional. Did one of my tires, had to come back because they did not put tire on wheel correctly and had to give a so called donation so they could do it right. Some of the staff do not know how to take off run flat tires.

Customer sevice is horrible, I called ahead of time before visiting the location to ensure they have the correct tire size, “we should have it” I asked for them to check before of the distance, then he said “yes I have it come on” when I get there of course they don’t have the tire but tried to sell me another tire size smh!! Will never go back..

On way to Tennessee had a bad tire give um a call they waited for me to get there before they closed hooked me up with a good tire in and out 15 minutes max !! Highly recommended they on point!!

Yes I know it's a used tire business but this one is the worst. They are very friendly dont get me wrong. I usually have a 30 day warranty from other used tire places just in case something is wrong with the tire on their end. Well about 4 days after I got the tires one of them went flat. I didn't notice it until the next evening. So I was going to wait until the next day not realizing that on the receipt it specifically stated that I only had a 5-day warranty. Now in my eyes that means that they know their tires are bad. I am very dissatisfied with this business.

We had a great experience together at this shop with all the positive vibes and all the comedic drama that goes on. I clearly know why happiness cannot be bought but found in the most unique and unthinkable places. "Don't judge a shop by its cover". You will miss the best parts of it. Thank you. Tires sold in bulk. Ask for price of 100ct or more. Ask for Tony or Terry. I appreciate everything they helped me with from tires to trends. Forever grateful and blessed. ☮️???
