I understand that this location is closing. I also understand that times are hard and stressful for everyone. But the customer service at this location is appalling. If the older pharmacist gentlemen is transferred somewhere else he needs to go through customer service training. He blatantly told customers that they should leave and then proceeded to then glare at them under his glasses and took his sweet time to fill an order. Then left out of the store to smoke a cigarette. He was so rude and has been rude like that on more than one occasion.

This CVS is the worst. They never pick up the phone and when they do they're rude I have been waiting for Prescriptions for 6 day's now after my surgery I'm definitely changing my pharmacy to Walmart there much better

Went in 6 hours earlier then when I picked up @ this time was told they had enough of my meds and would be ready in 3 hours. I gave them 6 hours and had to start all over again as they did not fill my prescription within the 6 hours.

The worst! The pick up window is closed for covid testing only but no one is ever at the window getting tested. When you go in, the line is long and the techs and pharmacist have no sense of urgency or even acknowledge you until they get ready. No “be with you in a sec”. They literally look at you and keep working. Not to mention there’s no where to sit while waiting in line. After waiting, they don’t even apologize for the wait or thank you for you patience. It’s HORRIBLE! I recommend everyone to switch somewhere else cause they could care less.

Extremely slow. Turned in a prescription was told to come back in 30-45 min. The individual behind the counter did not process my script. Had to wait an additional 1 hour. Some of the workers have very poor customer service skills.

Terrible service. Sat in drive thru for 30minutes only to get to the window and he told to give him “5 more minutes” which turned into another 20. Never ever going again

Absolutely garbage experience every single time I come to this pharmacy. The pharmacists have absolutely no sense of urgency. Their customer service is abysmal. There are 12 people standing in line waiting to pick up prescriptions as I write this and neither of the people working are paying any attention to any of us. If you can see literally 12 people standing and waiting why would you stack trays instead of helping people. Completely fed up with this location. This happens *every time* I have to pick up a prescription.

Slowest people ever…Why do they have a long line inside and outside of the store? You try to give them the benefit of the doubt but then they slap you with an attitude as soon as they start to serve you. Just go down the street to the cvs on Walton way, better service and attitudes :)

I've been putting up with this place for years and today I finally gave up. It took several days and several 30 minute phone calls for them to fill my script and when it was finally done, I drove all the way there, sat in line for 30+ minutes and then when I finally got to the window they closed it with still a line of cars behind me. It was (4 o'clock on a Monday.) I'm absolutely over it. I'll even go as far to say that I had my tubes surgically tied because it was easier than getting birth control from them. They don't even deserve the one star I'm required to give for this review.

The store manager racially profiled me. I walked around the store looking for my items and the store manager followed me around. She approached me and she said I was looking suspicious. She called me a thug and she called the police. I got banned from the store.

I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a refill on my medication. I stayed on the phone with them until I left my house and drove to there got out to order my medicines I asked them why they didn’t answer the phone and I was still on hold, I was told it’s only two of them, but there was only one person in front of me. I told them it’s not right to just leave people on hold. That’s just wrong!! And yet their phone was still beeping and they weren’t answering! Changing pharmacy ?
