If Ms. Kenya is there, I know without a doubt I will have a great, outstanding and wonderful experience, she is absolutely pleasant and is always super sweet and helpful. From the time I walk in, to when I'm out the door. Ms. Kenya is just amazing. I would give all the stars and great reviews just for her!! Thank you, thank you!!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from “ Anne.” On October 10th I visited the store to make an exchange. Anne was very rude and unhelpful. She told me that she couldn’t exchange one of the items because there was nothing to scan. This item in particular didn’t come in a box. The original plastic wrap was gone but she was able to look up the purchase with my card and she still wouldn’t allow the exchange. What I remember most is how dismissive she was. I frequent CVS as this is my preferred pharmacy. I may need to make a change.Dya Griffith

Not sure how it goes at night, but we used the minute clinic. They were helpful, nice, and fair. I will definitely use it again.

CVS minute clinic showed an online appointment available for 1:10 showed up at 1:05 with no one waiting and was told I need to drive back across town and come back after 2:15 because they are going to lunch early

I've been using this pharmacy for almost two years. I've never had them not answer the phone. Noone has ever been rude or with me. I been getting my perscription filled weekly the last few months and its usually ready within 2 to 4 hours. I use the app to order and I love it. If it's been two hours sense you had perscription sent over or you are in a hurry or they are running behind and you can't wait then you can just go get in the pick up line and they will get it ready within 15 mins or so. I've never had a problem.

Tonight was horrible. I enter the store and wasn’t greeted. The young man working tonight on April 6 around closing, asked me what I was looking for, so I told him and he said “ I don’t know where that is , but we’re closing “. So I pretty much struggled to find my items and then an older woman approached me and said “ we’re about to turn the lights off “. How about, “ we’re about to close, is there anything I can assist with”? So pathetic and rude. Do better you two.
