Employee very rude and unprofessional. Stated someone couldn't read and put the product in the wrong location. It probably was her!! If I have to come in and check barcodes to make sure they match sounds like they need new employees that can put the merchandise in the correct spot.

I go to this Cvs atleast once a month. Last week I found out I'm a type 2 diabetic. The doctor told me my sugar was high but not how much. When I called people I know that are diabetics they told me I need to get a meter to check it. They said if I get there and don't know what I'm doing, ask the pharmacist. So that what I do. Its so many i dont know what i need. I ask the man at the pharmacist counter he said the pharmacist busy. He will get to me when he can. 20 minutes of waiting a cvs worker walks by she is staring and then eventually ask if I need help. I ask her. She said I have to ask the pharmacist. The guy at the pharmacist counter and her start small talk. He ask what she has been up to. She says blah, blah and getting aggravated by your customers! He laughs.(At this point I'm aggravated to about the customer service)Ten more minutes go by still waiting. At this point I stand at the counter to remind him I'm still there. He finally helps but basically just points at what I need and says get this, this and this. Then goes back behind the counter. I had to call a family member over the phone to tell me how to use everything he pointed out. Long story short, I didn't need everything he told me to get, I ended up getting a better meter for half the price from Walmart (even after using all my extracare rewards)with better customer service. She even informed me on stuff I didn't even have to ask about. Just making sure I knew. Still a CVS fan also but that was my first and last time going there when night shift is on duty. Heads up. I warned you! No one was ok except the lady at the cashier at the front of the store.

Where do I start? I came to the CVS because I had a DoorDash order. Yes I repeat a DoorDash order for a Covid test as we walking around. I couldn’t find it. I asked one black lady what was the Covid test? She told me over in pharmacy, all right cool proceeded to go look around again finally found the Covid test. I looked at some nails and maybe some make up. I walk my way up to self check out cause nobody at the front counter. I scanned the Covid test for the DoorDash order the Covid test in the failed and my friend caught the test and put it in the bag Right so as I pay for the stuff and print the receipt out, I took a picture of the receipt for DoorDash as we’re walking out the big short ball headed black guy said excuse me ma’am real loud in the short red face white lady said that someone said we put something in In my shirt…. I was shocked only thing she did was look at the receipt. She didn’t even check the bag. It finally hit me when I got in the car. I got back out car to ask her was there a problem? She stated “ I don’t know it was a customer saying that you put something in your shirt,” she couldn’t even explain to me why she checked my receipt. Begin to ask her why you didn’t check the bag if you thought I was stealing now I am not desperate to steal out of CVS as I noticed another gentleman walked out. They didn’t stop him and I just feel some type of way cause she didn’t apologize. She didn’t say nothing. You embarrass me and lied to my face. No Customer came up to you and said I stole the Covid test because it was nobody was in there repo security cop the two workers and the two pharmacy people just say that you just need to check my bag and receipt that was so embarrassing and unprofessional I will be calling up Monday morning to talk to a manager about that y’all need to train your employees better and then you’re sorry of excuse as a security guard he he did nothing

A little snow fell and the pharmacy was close and no body to answer the phone?! This is absolutely ridiculous, careless and dangerous.

The employees are clearly overworked. It looks like a dollar general in here.

I want to leave 1 star because the male employee in the pharmacy with a bald head was talking to his coworkers forever before he came to take care of me. It was a personal conversation, not professional. I was super frustrated and don’t know how that’s acceptable customer service? However Im going to leave 3 stars because there is another pharmacist I would give 5 stars alone for helping me on the phone. I didnt get her name but she was amazing.

People was told going digital is pointless it's one big hassle this whole country needs to go back to how things were before it's very frustrating when you calling for something important but the bot keeps saying it don't understand I'm starting to notice that people with money is what's wrong with the world

Went in there for the first time in a while. Had to get some home supplies (Laundry detergent, Deodorant, Soap, etc). To my lovely surprise- Almost all of those things were locked up! Employees having to come hold my hand just to get deodorant, seriously?
Can’t help but feel like there’s some profiling with this decision. Outside of building had signs basically letting you know the police are a phone call away. Also, they won’t let you bring in bags or backpacks. I didn’t bring in my purse at the time but I suppose they would’ve had me choke-slammed if I had.
Why do I think it’s profiling exactly? Well, the family dollar down the street is closer to the suburbs (the lower income housing) and yet…nothing locked up! And it’s always stocked, the people are friendly, and I can shop for my items like a big girl (shocking!) The person who makes the decisions at this location should maybe put away their fear of being robbed and we might come back, otherwise I’m going to the stores that will let me shop like an adult.
