The location has been around for a long time and I've used them a lot over the years.They're open later than most pharmacies in the CSRA.The pharmacy is always super busy but that has never stopped them from being friendly and fast!I'm not going to lie.. sometimes they run out of medication because of how busy they are but they tell you upfront and let you know exactly when they'll have it in stock.Even if you can't wait because you need the medicine that day, they understand and will suggest other pharmacies if you ask!They will always be one of the top CVS pharmacies I use because I've always had a pleasant experience!

The customer service is lazy and doesn't care for its customers inside the pharmacy. They are rude and make customers wait a long time which causes a large line and then everyone is waiting a long time. Would give 0 stars.

The CVS Pharmacy on Peach Orchard Road is the most dirtiest CVS Pharmacy I have yet to get medication from . The computers were loaded with dust , I didn't see the lady wash her hands when she got my medication to put them in my bottle so guarantee everyone that I pulled out to take got washed off of water . I will probably never go back to this Pharmacy to buy anything unless I get it off the shelf myself

They don't answer the phone. The outside lot is disgusting. Prescriptions get messed up a lot. They'll sneak in Rx's that they were told you no longer take. If you don't catch it before you leave, they won't take it back. The employees are extremely slow moving. Unbelievable no one has done anything to correct their problems.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Stop losing people prescriptions. Stop trying to rob people of their money, if I have insurance on file, run my prescription with my insurance. They tried to charge me $90 over what my prescription was because they ran that one out of four without my insurance. Why run three and not all four. Make me feel as if you deliberately wanted me to pay full cost because it was the only one that cost well over $100. Last, don’t lie to your customers saying that if our doctor calls in a prescription you don’t automatically fill it. You wait until we get there and request that it be filled. I have came to the conclusion of moving my prescription. After 20+ years this last year was to much for me with these no compassionate worker in this pharmacy, I am done.

This CVS has made me rethink shopping at all of there locations. I have been shopping here for about 3 1/2 years since I moved to Augusta and customer service has always been great till the last 3 to 4 months. They push everyone to go through the self checkout even when there is a long line. The people they have working there seem like the customers are last and the idle chit chat and stalking the selves are more important then the customers. I will be canceling my care pass and going to the Pharmacy a little further up the road.

on hold with the pharmacy for 2 hours and 41 minutes. Purposely stayed in hold to be able to have proof of how long i was on hold. RIDICULOUS

I called to speak to a pharmacist. I had questions about a medication I’m taking. Nobody answered even after being on hold for a half hour. Then I called from another phone while on hold on my other phone. They kept both of my lines on hold for over an hour. Nobody even answered to check the line.Can they even see how long a person has been holding on their end? Pics just to show that this is true.Update @ 12:04 pm 10/9/21: Found out a pharmacist is not even there. A floater tech that goes from store to store is working alone right now ??♀️

Filthy parking lot. Overgrown shrubs w poison oak. Parking spaces undefined now w invisible paint. Always a twenty to thirty minute wait in drive thru or inside when rx is already filled and ready to go. Basically a third world pharmacy. However. I personally have always had exceptionally friendly staff when I finally have made it to pick up . all the money made should go toward a cleanlier environment. Least sanitary pharmacy around appearance wise. Wrote cvs with no response months ago. Code violation apparent w weeds - rusted doors-. Undefinable parking spaces , etc.
