The customer service is lazy and doesn't care for its customers inside the pharmacy. They are rude and make customers wait a long time which causes a large line and then everyone is waiting a long time. Would give 0 stars.

This is the most unprofessional horrible cvs pharmacy ever! They definitely lack basic customer service skills.

on hold with the pharmacy for 2 hours and 41 minutes. Purposely stayed in hold to be able to have proof of how long i was on hold. RIDICULOUS
