Cushman Paint and Body had my truck for 2 weeks to repair damage caused by a deer on my passenger bed side. I worked at a paint and body shop for 5yrs, we did collision work, hotrod building, ceramic coatings and paint correction. I picked up my truck last Friday there was trash in my clear coat and dust nibs. The manager said my truck was cut, buffed, and polished , in which was a lie I explained to her i do this for a living. she explained collision work is not done like ho

Low key, pretty upset. I had a claim with USAA, and was told to be at Wrightsboro location "after 2." Turns out the inspection "is unavailable after 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Your office staff was kind enough. They apologized and we rescheduled........

Cushman’s is not the same business it used to be. From the woman greeting you at the front desk, to the quality of work, to working with insurance regarding work that should be done, to punctuality. It took three different trips to get the small amount of damage done to my front end to be fixed correctly. Not to mention the first time I went to pick it up, it was several days past due. It looked like it had been finger painted & still had scratches & damage to the headlight that had not been fixed. While Cushman’s used to be my first choice 20 years ago, today I would never recommend.
