The lady that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Went in to get a replacement phone and she made it easy and explained everything perfectly. She even brought out the phones in my price range so that I could compare each one.

I went to the store at 5:10 p.m.. The store hours posted on the door are 10 am to 7 pm, but there was a note on the door that said, " return shortly". ? I have been sitting outside for more than 35 minutes.
