The Black lady that works at the Walton Way Cricket (short with short hair, braces on teeth, long lashes) is very unprofessional and very unhelpful. She provided very poor customer service.

Bought a cricket phone, paid in full. Used it as a tablet for awhile. When I decided to add it as another phone line, found out cricket won't unlock it cause I waited longer than 6months after purchase. They refuse to unlock property i purchased and own. Asked to speak to supervisor, said it was there policy. Do not buy a phone here!!!
