Great service. Staff was kind and professional. Diagnosis was spot on. Price was discussed before repairs and the length of time for the repair and price was agreed upon. Repair was done and phone works like new. Very satisfied Customer.

Took my xbox series x in to get the hdmi port replaced, said it would take a week due to being backed up, from being closed a week due to Hurricane Helene. However it was ready three days later. Great customer service and great job on the repair.

They saved me $1100 by replacing my charging port circuitry. It had been giving me warnings about moisture/debris in the connector and would not charge most of the time. Matt fixed it in an hour; had the part and everything and saved me from buying a new Samsung Galaxy phone. I would go back again with a phone problem.

I was recently in this establishment, and I was ignored and there was only a couple (clearly together) . I was not acknowledged at all. Not even a hello welcome to the store I will be right with you. So they won't be rude if you go into this store, you will be ignored period. I took it as I need to spend my money elsewhere..... Now truth be told I work with devices all day and I wanted to see if I could do volume business. If I could give zero stars I would have.

my phone was shut in a trunk and completely destroyed. they got in replaced in a couple hours and I haven't had any problems since then which was a few months ago. It was a little expensive at $300, but the quality and quickness of the work was worth it to me

I have some very energetic nephews who manage to break my iPad and iPhone screens more times than I care to admit. Thankfully, CPR Augusta has been a lifesaver, repairing my devices quickly without breaking the bank. The staff is consistently professional and always willing to answer any questions I have. Highly recommend their service!

It was wonderful. It was going to take 2 hours to fix my phone. They let me sit there do some work and even changed the channel on their TV.
It was very comfortable and I appreciate them for making me feel welcome.

I scheduled an appointment the same day I broke my screen. It's on a samsung galaxy s21 Ultra. Eat employees for very helpful and it only took an hour and a half to complete. Quality work I would recommend CPR cell phone repair if anyone needs their screen replaced.
