We were very pleased with CounterSync. Our selection of Hanex brand solid surface countertops was placed in mid-November and installed December 20th. They were kind enough to work with us to complete the installation a day early due to the fact that we were expecting out-of-town company for Christmas. The countertops are beautiful with perfectly joined seams that are almost impossible to detect. Thank you - Happy New Year !

A pleasant experience from start to finish. In the initial visit we were walked through options and our questions were answered patiently. Ordering was a simple process and they kept us informed on progress. Crew that came and installed were employees of the store. Efficient, polite and made sure we were happy and gave us information on care of countertops

Great experience with this company! As a contractor, I told Miss Dawn at the front desk what my customer was looking for and she spent 2 days helping me get the perfect counter tops for my customer. Once we chose a particular counter top (and they never pressured me to exceed my budget), Miss Dawn and the guys at CounterSync did everything they could to have them ready by my deadline (with a few days to spare on a holiday weekend). I would refer them to anyone! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you so much, CounterSync!

I wanted a custom size shower, based on some existing plumbing. Countersync was very patient as I went through several different ideas and plans.Very pleased with the final shower, and the install team from Countersync was fabulous.The team at CS was great at communicating issues with timing and all of the problems with supply chain issues that are so common now.We had contractor issues with the project, but Countersync was absolutely top notch.
