I do not recommend this Classic Collision.
My car was held in repair for nearly FIVE WEEKS, after which it was delivered to me NOT fully repaired - with THREE originally agreed upon repairs NOT done, plus, my car was returned to me DIRTY on the inside, with my seats covered in white dust.
The car was promised to me back at a certain date but delayed, then, delayed AGAIN, then, returned to me UNFINISHED and DIRTY.
The held my car up for nearly 5 weeks from October to November 2024 and then said I need to return in January 2025 to complete the repairs they didn’t complete.
THEY OFFERED ME NO DISCOUNT.
The shop could have done as we agreed upon, produced good quality of work, and cleaned my car. They did not.
THEY CREATED A NEW PROBLEM:
I also reported via email to the shop owner as I was driving away that there’s NOISE now on the driver’s side of my car, I emailed the shop owner. No response and no solution proposed for this problem they have created.

It wasn't perfect, but they did fix the damages. Took a month for them to get around my car but after that it went by pretty quick. They did unplug my cars camera which was odd but didn't notice any other damage, missing stuff, or any sign of use outside the shop.

I have had the misfortune of two accidents recently. Each time I Each time I had nothing to do with, did not cause either incident. I used Classic Collision for repair each time. First repair done timely and handled professionally. Second time not so much. My insurance company covered rental car cost for 30 days. Classic collision exceeded the 30 days. I was told, initially, that someone had ordered wrong parts thus the delay. Then when I requested refund of $250 I paid for rental was told delay was due to weather. I do not feel that I should have to bear further financial burden due to inefficiencies in their system or whether caused by weather. I went out for dinner. Someone ran into my parked vehicle. I have a $500 deductible plus $250 for a rental car. I tried to rectify this situation with the manager- Bowdry and Elliott- both who stopped accepting my calls.

I was originally happy with the services rendered after my car was repaired after a wreck. Then things started going downhill. They left a lot of glass in my trunk. They replaced a window, but that window was not originally broken in the wreck. They obviously busted the window during reparations and did not clean up. I had to take my car back because they were paid by Geico to replace my rim and they did not. They then replaced the rim. Then I had to go get new tires and had to go buy a replacement tool to unlock my lug nuts. When searching through my car to find the original tool(that was in the car when it was left), I found one of my lug nuts that they did not put back on my tire and had just placed it in my dash pocket! Tried to call the office and was told I'd get a call back. I never received that call. Last night we took a trip and kept hearing a noise in the back. When we got home we found that my bumper was coming off. They didn't put any clips back in it. Keep in mind that my car is a 2021. It's not old. There was absolutely nothing wrong before the wreck and the wreck wasn't even my fault. This gross negligence is disgusting. This is not how you run a reliable business. I am truly appalled at how little disregard was shown. I'm left now to wonder what else was not fixed or fixed incorrectly. I can only assume the mechanics are unsuitable for the job or that there is some type of insurance scam going on. Completely dissatisfied and would warn others from using this location!!

Sarah is the best! She’s was great at communicating and made sure my car was properly taken care of. She went abovev and beyond. Staff is friendly and responsive. Any issue that arouse that made me aware and they always corrected any mistakes. The make sure they do the job right with love and care. This place always makes me feel my car is in good hands! Thank you ❤️

Don’t take their word for nothing… my car was damaged in their shop, found evidence my car was driven very hard, and I found food in my car which suggest my car was used to get lunch in or eaten in. It took them 4-5 times to get issues corrected that they did. Hopefully I won’t have to return for the so called lifetime warranty they offer on their shady work. Oh did I mention communication is at level “0”. Proceed with caution when going here for auto repairs…….

This entire ordeal has been a complete nightmare. My car was hit over a month ago, and sadly the girl who hit me has insurance through Geico. They had me come to Classic because they work together against my better judgement but I just wanted my car fixed. First off, I had almost the exact same damage (even worse) almost a year ago to my car from a hit-and-run and when I went through a different body shop and they did an absolute perfect job in under two weeks. No complications, no nothing. Classic on the other hand took over a month to fix my car, and sadly when I picked it up today it isn’t even really fixed. Outside looks great, the inside somehow has little dents all up on the door, they did the most lousy tint job I’ve ever seen on the window, and the back triangle window is completely crooked. Just ridiculous that this sorry lazy job took that long. Not only that, Enterprise charged me for a few days of the rental which should have been covered by Geico but Classic of course did not communicate that my car would not be picked up until today. When I did, for some odd reason my check engine light is on and somehow alignment of my car is off??? Was not like that before, don’t even know how that’d happen. Some of us have rent to pay and cannot afford to throw away money like that. (I did not receive a single call from them, every update I’d even had was because I kept calling because they kept pushing the date back further and further on my repairs). Thank you Classic for doing a lazy job, not communicating, and making me lose money for absolutely no reason!
