I’d give a 0 if it were possible. The customer service here is poor to say the least. There have been two occasions that I’ve walked in and was treated poorly. The first time I came in to get a drink. There was one lady working and it was very busy. Most of the drinks were out for a fountain drink so I just kindly let her know when I was checking out. She gave me a hand guesture like “what do you want me to do about it” I was simply letting her know. So the next time I came in I noticed the coffee was out. Employees here don’t like to be told drinks are out. So I went to add some beans so I could have some coffee (at 8am) the employee came to me and asked me 4 times in a row what I was doing didn’t even let me speak. I finally told her I didn’t need to be spoken to like a child. Had she asked me not to do it, or even asked if I needed help it would’ve been so different. But she called the manager over who was also just as rude. When I went to check out the employee was loudly talking about me calling me stupid to the customers so I came back and repeated that she did not have to be rude to me and I was told that there were other gas stations to go to. When did customer service not become a thing? This place is so rude to their customers and referring me to other gas stations shows that they do not care about making money or treating people right.

This place is OK. I prefer QT but they don’t seem to have them in this area. The bald headed lady was rude but the older fella was nice. Can’t say I like the “put all the stuff you’re buying right here and let AI figure out what everything is” system but it worked I guess. In the time it took to do that though a human could’ve checked out 2 people. The bathroom left something to be desired though. The bathroom at QT is always spotless.

If there is a zero, I will give you a zero. I am the leader here and I buy things here almost every time.I'm an adult here tonight, but I'm not allowed to buy beer in it, saying that I won't sell it to the outside world. The white lady said that there is no boss or manager here, and her attitude is really rude. I showed you my ID and refused to buy wine. Then I want to ask you why you want to sell wine.

Store has signs that state 2 for $4.00. However, when rung up at register or self checkout, it charges $2.29.
By law, store must sell item as advertise. Clerk stated she couldn't fix it.
Store rectified the issue beyond my expectations.
As it was learned the company, Little Debbie's is responsible to remove their signs and the company was informed. Apparently. Little Debbie's supervisor for the area did not come to remove the signs and have yet to remove them. The store ended up removing them.

Person at the register was racist and would not sell alcohol to me when I presented my ID. It is real. She is very rude and I would not recommend going to this Circle K until she is FIRED!!!!!!

Very rude, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hate going in this store. I will drive ten minutes out of my way. Before I deal with the rude people there.

Good afternoon,I’m an Executive with The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia and I walked into this location today and went to check out using the new system they have and when one of the items was accidentally wrong up twice the gentleman Brice that was working came over extremely rude and stated don’t put items back on the scale. Took me by surprise at first but I let it go and I then mentioned to myself that customer service isn’t for everyone and that’s why they have these machines I guess. Bryce then proceeded to approach the checkout stand again and removed all of my items off the belt and said you can go shop somewhere else and made the comment you are banned from my store. I asked for a manager and his response was she is here everyday until 2. I then tried calling and Bryce answered and stated don’t come to my stores again and just hung up. Well now……… Circle K really.

I haven't been inside in several months because I paid for gas at the pump.Last time I went inside there was a friendly cashier and the store was set up different. I decided to go inside today and pay cash for gas and didn't realize there was now one door for entering and one for exiting. There had always been one door going in and out of the store like most other convenient stores I have stopped at. I was motioned around to the right door to enter and once inside there was a cashier with an awful look on their face like the bad attitude was about to explode. When I asked if the other door is where I went out I got this " Well.. I WOULD" Customer service with a welcome arriving and upon leaving a business has gone to the hogs!
