Of the very few times I have chosen to visit this Circle K location, every visit has been as disappointing as the last. On multiple different visits with different people working the register, every employee I had to interact with were either miserable, had an attitude, or would rather you use the self checkout over them actually doing their job. The only thing this location has going for it is the drive-thru car wash, but if you are looking for the bare minimum when it comes to counter service, you are better off driving an extra few minutes in either direction on Riverwatch to go to a different Circle K location.

The manager Brenda should not be in customer service. I walked in to get a carton of cigarettes. She was nowhere to be found. I asked for a carton and she snarkly said "we don't have any". I asked how many packs she had and she gave me a Snyde look as to say, "you're gonna make me get on this stool and count". Will not visit in mornings. Will wait until afternoon when Paul is there. Hopefully you'll bring back Cornbread as well.

I stop by everyday to grab a drink. The new guy Nick greets me every day with a smile and it feels like he actually means it(not just customer service). I look forward to coming in and talking with him and hope the company takes care of him as he seems to be exactly what you would want as an employee.

2023-08: I've been to this location many times. Most recently was to grab a few items. Paul was working and he was one of the most pleasant people to deal with. The gas station was clean and orderly and the customer service was A+.

I stop here daily for about 5 years. A bigger black woman who has been there for awhile was apparently pretty upset with me when I shook my head at the self checkout she directed me to. I asked for cigarettes and she than said I need to see yo id...and I shook my head thinking good thing you sent me to self checkout lady but I didn't say a word. She exclaimed that I had an attitude and when I said I just was aggravated about waiting in line to get sent to self checkout than you still had to wait on me anyways it just didn't make sence...she exclaimed I needed to call the manager,,and to have a nice day and don't come back!!! Wow I just shook my head slightly at the self checkout and that triggered her to say all that?. I will go back and shake my head again, and again at the self checkout to ruin her day what a miserable woman.

Patsy was very rude to me. I just wanted to use the gas rewards card I was given by another employee, cornbread and Paul to be exact. She had the worst attitude when she realized that she had to open up a register because u can’t use the rewards card at the self checkout. I always come to this store but now I will gladly go 1 mile down the rd during her shifts.

Excellent customer service although it does get very busy at peak times. They do have the new automated checkout. Place items on platform an it reads an adds them up an pictures on checkout. Do note that alcohol an tobacco requires ID check,an while it is an option, the cashier has to enter it as it isn’t actuating yet. Food is very fresh and everything is stocked daily. Gas prices competitive.

Came in this morning for my usual coffee for work. Only to find the clerks on duty casually chatting with customer on company time. I tried to be patient and wait. When I got to the counter I realized I had to forgot my wallet in the car. The clerk who was of color made a comment talking about see your rushing and don't even have what you need. I didn't even rush her I said nothing to her until she made that statement. She has bad customer service and made very unprofessional comments. I told her I have some where I have to be. Where are the managers for situations like this. No wonder there is always long lines in this place in the am and afternoon because apparently some of the staff don't want to move with a purpose and do their duties efficiently. Then said employee accused me of rushing because I was late. Please do not speak for me. If I worked customer service I would know better than to make a smart comment first thing in the AM to customer who is prior military and also a government official. What can you expect from civilians though. Also coffee bar had uncourteous customers as well blocking you from getting to the creamer. Everyone in the store acted like they had no where to be but I did. Management monitor and control you employees they are out of control.

The inside of the store is great and the staff are usually pretty friendly but I have to give it such a low review because for the past few months now this location's pumps have constantly been out-of-order.I do feel that the fuel pumps are an important aspect of any gas station and they definitely need to get this sorted out.They finally got the gas situation sorted but now they close early every single day.

This place is a joke. Everytime I come here, they locked the door. I came here at 2PM and the door was locked ? I’ve never know a gas station close all the time ..

Terrible theres a lazy bigger Black girl down there very rude .. today she standing by the trash can outside telling everyone there closed !!! 2nd time in a week .. please bring back Cornbread. He was great very friendly.
