I have always had excellent experiences any time I visit any Circle K in Aiken or Augusta. The clerks are always very friendly but I would especially like to tell you about one particular store and the clerk that works there. It is the store on East Pine Log, and the clerks name is Mike King. He is super nice. When I first went to that store and he was working, I was unable to find this one thing, and sadly, I could not remember what it was as I could not remember it. Anyhow, he showed me exactly where it was and was so nice to me. I hope that your company recognizes exemplary employees.

I was driving and it was dark ,and my GPS lost its signal so, I turned off the hwy to Wheeler road. Stopped in at circle k. There was a male and female employee behind the cash register. I explained my situation. The female offered to help me find my way back home. She went over and beyond her customer service duties to help me with our any hesitation or fuss while the male employee was taking care of another customer. She wrote the directions down, and explained it to me very well because I informed her that when it became dark I couldn't see the signs off the hwy , and that my GPS lost signal. I pray that she gets rewarded for doing that. Because I've experienced a lot of situations with bad customers service, and I've worked hard all my life and tried to help people whenever I could. Last night I was crying so much because, I try to stay strong and not take offense of mean and hurtful people. I was thinking when will my suffering end Lord? When will I finally receive my blessings and promises? Thank her I don't know her name however,it just happened tonight about 1 hr ago. I went on line to see if I can find the store to tell her that I made it back home safely. Thank you god

This Circle K has not just one sign, not two or three - But over SIX SIGNS advertising Circle K's "Sip & Save" Drink program.So I stopped and ask to sign up, upon signing up I am charged Double the advertisement price?!?Store personal informed me with an attitude that the price has went up.No apologies - not the we should change the signs, anything.Well, it's been 12 days and I'm back here and the same "Misleading Signs are still up?Why Circle K - why?This is dad excuse of store management, Area Supervisors, Area Director, Vice President and on up! Sad excuse your not monitoring yours units better.

This store seems to have a problem with being open at nightI have gone by there after work around 11pm and 2 times in the past month they were closedIf you can't adhere to posted hours then you need to close the store down

Had to go in and get receipt. Spoke to cashier. She ignored me. Handed me receipt in a flippant manner. Very rude and unfriendly customer service.

Don't bother trying to cash lottery tickets here they either tell you it's too late at night or the machine is broken in the day. Service is lackluster but it does have a wide variety of grocery options and fresh donuts

This morning I went in to refill my 54 oz container and when I try to pay Tim rings up the price of 1.59. When I questioned him about the posted refill rate he informed me that in his store any refill over 32 oz was 1.59. It didn't matter what was posted or what other corporate stores charge. Management may need to work on constantly across the foot print at that point I poured out my cup and then went to another Circle K down the street where I was charged .99. The other Circle K on Wheeler Rd will not let you refill anything that isn't a Circle k cup.

Poor customer service. I use a 52 oz gold peak bottle for refills to be green. this morning was charged for over 100oz. the sticker on the machine lists this size as .99. Timothy hung up on me 3 times when I called abouut it. he stated that he knew the bottle size but insisted that the charge was valid. I didn't think that Circle K had to overcharge

Bathroom clothes due to covid 19 the sign said.this is the second circle K that I bought fuel at and was not allowed to use the bathroom facility. I am done giving circle K any business.They're still producing food and selling fountain drinks. I doubt that covid19 is the problem.More likely cheap management or lazy employees.

Manager is very rude. I have been getting a large coffee every morning for months and yesterday the price was more than I have been paying. When I asked if they went up he said no that is the same price it has always been. Today the price was the same as I had been paying and I asked him why it was more yesterday and he said that I had a extra large yesterday. I have never gotten an extra large coffee I get a large every day.

Not really sure how this place hasn't been reviewed yet, it's been here forever lol. It's clean and they have a lot of variety. The gas prices are always comparable and it's conveniently located in a busy area. I do not have to go in often but when I do, the customer service is always acceptable. Nothing over the top but nothing to turn me off either. They also have a Gary's hamburger with a drive through. I think they have about 10 pumps but it's never crazy congested. Air pump and vacuum takes Visa. No complaints.
