Whoever the guy was that was workin yesterday 5/26/24 around 2pm was so lazy he was on his phone the whole the store looked like it was trashed, nothing was in the hot food area nor on the grill, the cups were out it was an unpleasant visit

Customer service rep at the establishment is by far the rudest individual I've ever met I watched her ignore this customer for 15 min and when he politely asked for assistance she said wait a minute with a nasty attitude I couldn't get it off my mind (she has a birth mark on her face ) and I am never spending my money there again I've lived in this area for 8+ years and this particular Circle K can't get it together!!

Stop wasting your customers’ time and fix your gas pumps. They’ve been broken for 6+ months and it’s no secret. I shouldn’t have to wiggle the gas handle to get it to work - it’s a major inconvenience. This company has way too much money and this is way too busy of a gas station. It’s pathetic. Quit being cheap and fix them.

White male attendant very rude. Pumps weren’t working (apparently , they’re down a lot according to the random customer that pumped my gas) after paying twice and two pumps not releasing the gas I asked the attendee for help and he told me don’t help at the pumps even if I used handicap assistance button outside (which I am a disabled veteran) an random customer assisted with my gas. I had to pay a 3rd time since the pump times out this time while I went for help. He guy had to hit the gas machine a few time for the fuel to release to the pump so that it could work properly. Why does the attendee work these if he’s refusing assistance and being rude. Thanks to the random customer for assistance.

The lady was on her phone I told her the pump wasn't working!!She tells me to go back out try again if not I can get refund and go to another pump!!I explained to her it was only 5 people there.I go back out nicely again and the pump isn't working bc it's not tightly on wall!!I done walked in this store 4 times for this lady to still be on her telephone!She finally put on another pump and now someone is there and its funny.They lady out the back comes who is nice and calls manager and the manager doesn't want to talk to me Kena or something .She clearly didn't even want or hear what I had to say.Her staff was rude and on her phone the whole time!!Like I told the lady run the camera and you'll see she was continually on the phone!!It's terrible that you have hired people like this! 3539 circle k infrastructure of wells Fargo

How far this store has fallen. Used to be one of the fastest convenience store checkout lines in Augusta. Not anymore. Here 04.28.23, 3:00pm. Waited in line for close to 10 minutes, 2 registers were open, 5 people in line ahead of me. The line never moved once. At the one register, a couple buying tobacco products. Involved in a long conversation with the store employee. The entire time. At the other register, a guy trying to buy a single drink. Multiple trips outside to his vehicle. The store employee unable to find the correct price for the drink. And so it went. I finally put the drink I was waiting to purchase down on the closest shelf, & left.

7pm yesterday, there were two employees on staff. One was having a loud conversation with an invisible person while sweeping(?) and the other was stocking. There were 4 of us milling around the register when the staff told me to use the self checkout... Self checkout? Are you freaking kidding me?? Why the hell would I do that? If I want to do that work myself, I'd go get cheaper groceries at the Target or Walmart that's within a mile. Screw this.

The manager shouldn’t really be the manager, she fails to acknowledge the wrong in her employees and doesn’t hold them accountable.Very rude customer service at this store. I know it’s not just me because me and some other customers were having a conversation outside the gas station of similar experiences we had at this store.SN: referring to the Manager on duty1-7-2023 around 11:00 AM Black woman with unflattering red eyelashes and long red hair.If I could give 0 stars , I would.It doesn’t hurt to be kind and nice !

Stopped at this location at 1:15 am because it says it’s open 24 hours and the doors are locked yet all the lights are on inside There are two employee cars sitting out front and no employees in sight and no sign on the door stating they’re closed.If they’re not open 24 hours, they should change their hours on their website because obviously they’re not open either that or the employees locked the doors so they can go in the back and take a nap.
