I pass a lot of gas stations on my way to work in the morning. It always makes the morning better when you have a place that you enjoy stopping in. I have become a regular here, so much so, that the cashiers already know what I'm there to get. They are a joy in the mornings and I'm always in a good mood when I leave.

Great service. Nanette, Taryn and Lo are some of the best cashiers in the area. The manager acts like he hates his job when I see him, but I’m glad it doesn’t affect his employee’s attitudes!

I go to this location every morning probably for the past 5 years and now any time after 8 or 9pm I can't even get out of my car without somebody walking upto me asking for $$$ especially on a Sunday night come on ,sketchy people just hanging out watching everyone to see who they can swindle next, tonight was a bad experience for me better security should be a must at this awesome location!!!! Hopefully it gets handled ?

On 2/11/21, the night clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional... He is a slender white man who yelled at me and eventually threw my things on the counter becoming unhinged...

THEY PROMOTE COVID!To fill my tank up I was told I needed to make multiple trips inside the store to pay by card and then would need to pay cash as a final deposit/transaction since I didn’t know how much $ it would take to fill the tank.I figured out a way to get around this problem and it was very simple.I drove across the street where I was allowed to pay at the pump using a CC and filled up.I also didn’t need to stand in line multiple times with individuals (some not wearing masks) or spend 15 minutes performing what should have only taken 5 minutes.Plus I just found out they put water in their gas.

I love going to get certain things and gasoline. The people who work there are always so nice and very helpful to me. One time when I was there the lady at the counter that was working sang Happy Birthday to a lady who was in front of me so we all sang with her and that made her so happy and it made me happy too

My mother just went in there and the cashier was extremely rude with man when he corrected her that she priced something wrong and she argued with him got very rude as he stayed calm . Then when my mother went up the girl got rude and smart with my mother who usually is very polite but your cashier went too far and made my mother tell her off and leave her things at the counter . Your losing a lot of business from what I can see as I have gone by there every day for the past few years and there's less and less cars there. Your managementneeds to learn new hiring practices and find people who are going to not to be rude.

I visited the facility on 6/26/20 and filled my empty tank. Within 15 minutes of filling the tank, my engine light came on and the car started driving poorly. I took the car to the dealership and they informed me that the problem was "bad gas". They placed some of the defective gas in a container with normal gas that floated on top and advised that I take it to the station along with my receipt. I did just that and was told by management that they would complete an incident report. I have called several times for follow-up and have been dismissed by the manager and who told me she "did her part" by completing the report. She alleges that she has no way of following up and when I attempted to query further, she hung up on me. This is quite disturbing as my car engine sustained significant damage. I am only writing this here, with the hopes that someone from corporate can assist me with closing the loop on this matter

I visited the Highland Ave Augusta GA Location, 02/24/2020. I purchased a coffee and donut. Cashier quoted me $2.89 . Yesterday 02/23/2020 charged me a different price, I wished I had kept my receipt. I advise the cashier that I paid different yesterday. She was rude and so was the other employee with her. They both argued their point and I advise them that I did not want the donunt I just purchased my coffee. The cashier got loud and short with me and so did the other employee. They were both argumentative and very unprofessional. I paid for my coffee and walked out I will reach out to area manager regards to this experience. One must not treat people rude and nasty when they are spending their money. Customers ensures you get a pay check.
