If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had an appointment one afternoon. When we got there a gentleman immediately walked up to us and greeted us. He sat us at a table and said someone would be with us soon. We got there a few minutes prior to our appointment. 40 minutes later and no one had helped us. Six groups of people came in after us and were helped. We left and got a bite to eat. My husband decided to go back after we ate. He went in and told the person at the information desk what happened. Then he asked to speak with the manager. The man called the manager on the phone, he was walking in the door while on the phone, and told the guy he didn’t have time for this, and hung up. This was an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will never see us out or money again! If you like being ignored this is the place for you.

Easy to use. The shipping process is quick. Go to the Augusta location and as for Mike… awesome salesperson. Very personable and patient, excellent communication, and makes buying a car stress free. He went above and beyond for me and my wife.

I recently purchased my 4th Honda from Carmax. Sade and Colleen were so amazing to work with. I was so undecided and wasn't sure of what I wanted to do but they were patient and very professional! They made the transaction seamless and stress free.

My son and I came in to buy his first truck. We met with our salesperson, Sade, who made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. She took time to make sure my son understood what he was signing and gave him and me time to ask questions. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. The best part was when she "presented" the truck to him after he was done signing. The truck was washed and shiny with a huge yellow bow on the hood! It made the experience one my son will always remember!

Truly a haggle freee environment. You Truly feel quite at ease to browse for a car with no hassle at all. They are patient in letting you test drive and leave without committing. Jasmine was a great sales lady and their manager David was approachable. We are grateful for their service to us and helping us in this process that we didn't see ourselves doing yet.
