C&C is great. I've tried other shops and honestly I always regret it and always go back to C&C because even if we live across the county it's worth the drive. Their work is great and their customer service is where they really shine. The communication from them sets a really high bar, no other shop even comes close.

As a first time customer, I was totally delighted with my car appointment at C&C. Their Customer Service is top notch. The evaluation & prioritization of the vehicles needs were helpful. The result makes me happy to drive my car once again. I will return.

Great experience! They serviced my sons car and returned it in a timely manner. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable & trustworthy! I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I went to C&C Automotive due to battery issues. They were kind, polite, professional, and honest. They had my car diagnosed and fixed in under an hour for a pretty reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back.

I brought my 1991 Jeep in for front end issues (death wobble) Tonya was very through with the technician.They found a tie rod end bad on the driver side.After the service my Jeep front end was tighter than its it's ever been.Excellent find and repaired rather quickly. Tonya does an excellent job with the credibility for C&C, she follows the vehicle from start to finish.

I visited this place for a maintenance service the week before Christmas. Subsequent to the service, I discovered that our speakers were no longer functioning, which might or might not a mere coincidence. The following week, after the Christmas holiday 12.28.23, I returned seeking resolution, but the staff was unable to accommodate us. Consequently, we scheduled an appointment after New Year and explicitly informed the front desk lady that we intended to wait during the service.Upon arrival today - 01.02.24, the service representative displayed unfriendliness and reluctance to perform the service. He asserted that we were not listed as "waited" on their schedule, delaying our service until after 1:30 pm, despite our 10:30 am appointment. He further went on about how busy they were and suggested we reschedule if we lacked an alternative means of transportation. However, the waiting room was empty, contrary to the prolonged waiting he claimed.I chose not to engage in a dispute with someone who appeared uninterested in working, whether due to laziness or other reasons. Whoever this person was, their demeanor did not align with the expected customer support in their role.This message is directed to the owner/manager of the establishment on Washington Rd:- Firstly, we're all busy—both you and us. If you don't have time, please don't overbook services and inconvenience people with rescheduling. In this case, I don't believe your place was busy or overbooked, as once again, there was nobody in the waiting room, and the parking lot was not crowded.- Secondly, the mistake made by your front desk lady was not our fault. Why respond rudely? Shouldn't you be the one apologizing on her or the business's behalf and finding a solution? If not the best solution, at least exhibit customer service skills—friendly communication. If you don't want to return to work after the holiday, it's your problem; don't burden others with it. I recommend a retraining for this individual to align their conduct with the expected standards of customer service.That being said, I will not return for service in the future and will not recommend this place to anybody. It was a significant waste of my time.

Not far from C&C, my tire was noisily going flat. I’d not gone to C&C before, but I knew the location because I live nearby.I was a bit agitated because of the tire issue, but Tonya quickly understandingly assured me they will take care of everything. I did have to return the following day, as they had to locate the proper tire and it was done.Mine was a simple issue that any automotive shop could have done, but what’s key here is how well you work with customers. The work was done well, but my rating is more for their great customer service.

I brought my car to C&C because the air was blowing cold on one side and hot on the other. They quickly ordered the parts and fixed. It is a shame that car manufacturers use cheap plastic and rubber pieces so they will break with even light use

Actually I had a whole remanufactured engine replacement. 2004 Ford F-150 5.4 Triton. So far things are going good only time will tell. " It is only my opinion " but with the amount of money I spent, I thought at least C & C would take the time to maybe wash the vehicle. Just a little extra perk for customers. Thank y'all very much. I had C&C automotive replace the engine in my truck they did a fantastic job. it was there this time getting its first oil change since then it was much faster than I thought they also rotated my tires they do wonderful work here. I've had many of my cars worked on here over the years I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My previous automotive shop informed me that they could no longer get parts for my vehicle because it was a 2004 crossover. I had heard many good comments about C & C Automotive, so I scheduled an appointment at the Martinez location. Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous. Zach from Pep Boys suggested me go to C & C Automotive. Barry really nice guy! Barry had questions me and explained him that 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee starter act up…he get it! He texted stater motor needed to be replaced. I mean 2009? After replaced and my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee kind new to me! If your dealership auto service can’t repair or replace your vehicle because of older? Then, go to see Barry!
