“I had them cater my promotion. Ordered tri-tips and pulled pork sliders for 50 guests. Food was easily enough for 100 with the twice baked mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious, and the guests were going back for seconds! Made the event even better, and highly recommend them for catering small to large events!”

“Fantastic butcher shop. Family owned business for over 50 years high quality meat. When you ask for a ribeye he pulls out a roast asked how thick. Every steak is cut fresh. You pay for it but my steak cut with a fork cooked medium rare.”
