Very unprofessional, rude and violated my privacy rights as a consumer just for a personal phone conversation while she was suppose to be assisting me with my add ons. The boost mobile representative working today between 4 and 6 told me I can go to another store because I asked her to get off the phone while getting my personal information. She was very rude and when I told her I was uncomfortable, instead of telling them she will call them back she tells me I can just go to another store. I'm assuming she wasn't aware that asking for my personal information while talking on the phone with an unauthorized third party violates my consumer privacy right. She said it was another co worker. How would I confirm that if you were on the phone prior to me walking in? I felt my information was at risk to be exposed to fraud, the right thing for her to do was call them back after I left. Instead she told me I can just go to another store. I couldn't get her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag. She was a heavy set mexican/puertorican female with horrible customer service. She didn't even greet us when we walked in and kept asking the same questions twice which made me think someone was writing down my info and that's when I noticed someone was still on the phone. I will never come to this location again and I would not recommend anyone else to go here either.

Did not work. Called customer service. Got Wi-Fi for 2 hours. Wi-Fi Went out, called back, same process, didn't work. Went to return and was told they could not refund me anything.Receipt says they will return in 7 days if equipment is in perfect condition, as purchased. This is not true.

Jade gets things done! 2 weeks ago I had to get service for my teen boys' new iPhones they received for Christmas. I was unable to switch the service from their old phones to their new phones at home. I went to the store and Jade was superb! She went through all the hurdles to help us and got the job done gracefully. Thanks again Jade for your outstanding customer service!

Prepaid Xfinity wifi at Boost mobile is the truth no contract. Easy to set up. Great for my Roku tv ? and tablet ? and phone. $40(pay in store) $45 pay online. $91.40 for equipment you own. Two months of service before next bill.
