When I asked the young lady working the front desk about some specifics with my repair, she took me outside to meet the mechanic that worked on my vehicle (2013 Dodge Caravan). He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He agreed they were trying to take my car because the vehicle is in great mechanical condition. He ensured they could complete the required repairs the adjuster listed. “I had an unfortunate accident off of Gordon Highway and was worried about the body shop I'd be choosing to repair my vehicle. The officer on scene recommended Cushman's and I'm happy with the work that was done. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Having your car out of commission is never a fun experience, so some irritation is definitely understandable. Paula in the front office was very nice and talked me through the whole process in excess of 45 minutes one day. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the information she provided. They didn't perform any work until we had spoken and worked out all the details. Turn around time was 12 business days. All my questions were answered. I received text updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays about where in the process my vehicle was. Overall, what was a very stressful experience was made less stressful Cushman's. Thank you for your work.”

“The receptionist was very professional and helpful. My car was stolen and later towed to Fulchers because the kid was caught after wrecking my car by running into a brick wall. A young man came out to help me remove my personal items from my car and also removed my license plate. They were a great group of people.”
“It wasn't perfect, but they did fix the damages. Took a month for them to get around my car but after that it went by pretty quick. They did unplug my cars camera which was odd but didn't notice any other damage, missing stuff, or any sign of use outside the shop.”
“Honestly, they are so kind and welcoming. I came in panicked about the transmission in my car. They were able to order me a new one and replace it in a timely manner. They also fixed a steering wheel issue I had afterwards without charging me which was very kind. Thank you guys!”
