They didnt bolt my tire on and it came off before I got 300 yards away from their facility..now they wanna act like it wasn't their fault..avoiding calls from my insurance company to file a claim with their insurance company..avoid them at all cost!

I dropped me car off on a Wednesday at 930 am and told the man what was wrong with my car. He told me he could fix it that day. He didn't put the car on the lift until 3pm and then told me my car wouldn't be ready until the next evening. Thursday he tells me it won't be ready until Friday. Mind you through all of this he never called me I kept calling to check up on the car. Finally Friday at two he calls and says the car is ready I get there to pay and he states he doesn't take cards. Now I have to go all the way to the bank to take a lump sum of money off the card then go all the way back to pay. Also all of this while I'm suppose to be on my way out of town. That's not good business to me!!!

Went in ask him if you have the size tire I needed. He let me look at the tire told me the price. I told him what the tire was doing on my car and he said if it's just a small hole he can fix it rather than replace it. The man found a hole and plugged it. He could have just charged me for the whole tire instead of just the plugging but he was honest and got the job done the right way.

I've tried calling this place for 2 days and no answer. The website states they are open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.. I am currently here lost and confused. I don't see a physical building or sign with the business name. All I see is a closed and lock fence with lose tires in front. Smh
