As consumers we are entitled for manufacturers and retailers to stand behind products they sell if the product does not fulfill the results and promises made. If the product does not meet the results advertised, the consumer is entitled to a refund. With this said this is not a rant, simply a "Buyer Beware" notice if you are looking to purchase Turtlewax Headlight Lens Restorer. I purchased a kit from Auto Zone on Furys Ferry Rd this past week. Prior to doing so I watched Utube videos to see how it is to be applied and the results that can be expected. After purchasing the product I read the directions and followed them to the letter. My vehicle is a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 and the headlight lens were both "foggy." After applying the kit to the left lens not one, two, but three times the results were far from what the manufacturer promised in that the lens would look like "new." As you can see in the pictures provided (not sure I can upload them but I have them) the left lens was slightly improved but far from looking like "new." I did not attempt to clean the right lens after the left lens failed to meet the manufacturers promise. I returned the partially used kit to Auto Zone in the box it was packaged and asked for the clerk for a refund. He refused to do so stating Auto Zone's policy is not to refund partially used products. I invited him to walk outside to see the left lens that had been "cleaned" versus the right which had not and he refused to do so. He was firm in saying the store policy is not to refund products that are returned "partially used." The total cost of the product was $13 and some change so the money is not the issue. The issue is do not sell products that can not produce the results advertised and expect consumers to accept a refund cannot be given. My guess is Turtle Was has a policy that would allow Auto Zone to be issued a credit for a product that was returned and proven not to produce the results advertised. Buyer Beware. I do not recommend this product and am sorely disappointed in Auto Zone's return policy.

Jayden was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. While I was changing my taillight in the parking lot without asking he went ahead and found the new one for me. 10/10 customer service skills and is a hard worker.

I arrived at first dark for a battery check because I had to jump-off three times prior. Russ F. checked my battery, provided intel and reassurance. He was very courteous, responsive to my inquiries, and informative about my concerns. His professionalism and and positive, patient demeanor, and witty sense humor turned my stressful moment into stress-free evening.
