“I was kinda intimidated by the place but I couldn’t find anyone else to do a for wheel alignment on my gla 250. I walked in there looking like a straight up hobo and they didn’t even hesitate to help me with whatever I needed. Very professional and when my alignment was done they told me they were washing my car, I was like “that gonna cost me extra?” Dude said no and that it was complimentary. Really appreciated it all”

“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“Experience is usually great I watch what comes in . To see if it’s anything I need for my personal projects . The only complaint I have is depending on who u check out with . They nickel and dime u on every little part . For example a complete console . Some cashiers choose to charge u for the auxiliary plug, speaker or any electrical device that’s built into the console . Just watch how they charge u for your items !!”

I received regular updates, the process was explained to me very clearly and they were respectful and pleasant. Absolutely recommend them for any repairs.”
“Really great and knowledgeable staff, super professional and they definitely know what the are doing. They even let me know one of my valves were bad on my head. Only downside is they said it would take 2-3 days to drill out some broken bolts and it took about 2 weeks, I'd absolutely use them again just be aware they take awhile if you're on a time crunch”

He asked us to wait while he checked, he did and saved us probably hours of trying to hunt one down to buy.”

He agreed they were trying to take my car because the vehicle is in great mechanical condition. He ensured they could complete the required repairs the adjuster listed. The repairs were completed within a week. Plus he fixed several places that were not part of the insurance claim. I am completely satisfied.”
