“I use to hate to go inside of the branch but last week I decided to go inside and speak with someone and I'm glad I did. I had Ms. Walker and I was very pleased. I know i can be a bit difficult but she was so calm and patient with me. She took care all my needs and also allowed me to know some offers I was missing out on. She was not pushing anything on me which I was very glad of. She made my bank experience extremely comfortable and also kept me from closing my accounts and ending my relationship with them. Only thing I wish they do is open the windows back up. Other than that thank you Ms. Walker for my inside experience at this branch.”

“I have visited both branches and they both were equally hospitable. The first branch, I came in to be added as a joint owner of a current member's account. The experience was so good, that I considered opening up an account for myself, which brought me to the Fort Eisenhower branch. Upon signing in, I was greeted with new account information to make sure I was informed and prepared to open an account. The bank associate was so nice, and professional and made me feel so welcomed. I am happy with my choice of joining this local credit union.”
