I was in North Augusta when my tire light came on. I looked at my tire and one of them did not look right. I was going to put air in them and let it be but to be honest the tire was looking so bad I was frightened of a blow out. I googled tire repair tires close by broad street and it gave me this address. It was 5 min to 6 and said they would be opened until 7. I drove there very cautiously. I arrived and a said hello as I got out of the car because I heard someone talking. The young lady opened up bay door acknowledged me and I asked her do they sell tires and she said yes. I was so happy. Then a gentleman( please forgive me I forgot how to pronounce his beautiful name) came and acknowledged me too. I told him how I heard a hissing noise then the next I know tire light came on as I was driving. I ask him to check all my tires so he could tell which tire it was when light went off. He complied with my request with no attitude at all. He told me what tire was bad and how the other front was bad too. He have me a price that was affordable. Service was GREAT! WORK was EXCELLENT!! NO COMPLAINTS. I WILL be back! Thanks for all you do. Blessing to you and your family

Augusta Tire helped me out as I drove back from North Carolina to Texas. I thought I needed one tire and was advised to safely get home I needed to take care of two do to their condition. They were very knowledgeable and put my family's safety first. Exceptional customer service was provided and they were more than generous to me. I am beyond thankful that I was able to find this business as they were a blessing to us traveling back home and provided great service and a greater experience. Thank you a million times and I can't say how much I would recommend them to anyone in need of tire services.

If I was able to leave no stars I would have. I called them to ask if they could switch my rims to another tire because mine blew on the highway that day. This is not a hard thing to do and usually takes about 5 to 10 mins to do it. Before I drove almost an hour to them because it was Sunday and all tire places or repair shops were closed when this happened. When I called I ask how much it would be and they told me we can't give u a quote until u get here and we can see then. That was really odd because I'm not asking for anything outrageous it's literally using there machine to remove the blow tire form the rim and putting a new tire on the rim which we had the new tire. We get there finally after an hour and the man came out and said sorry we are closing and basically they didn't want to do it. I was livid we drove all that way for him not to do something that wouldn't take more than 10 mins to do. The man was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish they would have never told me to come. When I called to confirm the hours since they were the only ones open and he said we close at 8pm just like his website says. We got there at 740. The man laughed because I was honestly about to cry I had my kids and when tire blew on highway a semi almost hit us and we wouldn't have survived that crash. I was still in shock and just wanted my tire on so I can drive another hour home safely. Thanks sorry for long review.
In response to the company lying, I never told them I would be there in 10 mins I was 30 mins away and had to get a ride to there. Also the worker didn't see our tires we never took the tires out becuase the man said they didn't want to bc they havebeen working all day and they were tired. The job would have taken maybe 10 mins to do and I was told they closed at 8 and to come and they can do it. We were there 20 mins before 8 because of how far we had to go. This company is a joke and the man laughed and thought it was funny when I was in tears. PLEASE GUYS DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND IM TELLING EVEYONE HOW DISCRIMINANT THIS COMAONY IS

My tire was flat after work and they were close and open. The man rudely answered the phone but I just got off work and wanted to go home so I drove there on my flat.
He had my size, took off the tire, and went to change it
But failed to inform me they have a rule that you have to pay before they put on the tire and was very rude and disrespectful when I asked why this is so.
I only found out about this “rule” when he took off the tire like he was going to change it but instead came back with a payment processor instead of my tire explaining the tire company needs payment first
(Normally places take off the tire change it and then you pay or atleast communicate upfront that you have to pay for the new tire before they put it on)
Probably would’ve been good to say that in advance to set a good expectation and positive customer experience
Customer service should be hammered out. The place is very rude and unprofessional
If you can help it, take your business elsewhere

Lost 2 center covers and rim covers within a month of getting tires from him. had truck 4 years never had any problems before this at all with truck. Now this guy wants to say not his fault its an old truck.
Bad business find someone else!

i called to ask for a specific size trailer tire they told me they had it , i got there for him to tell me he dont wanna sell me a used tire he only wanna sell me a new one i transport cars and needed to get back on the road my time is valuable & dont like it waisted want be going there again
