Inconsistent about cancellation and billing. Was yanked around for months by people saying I didn’t have to come in to cancel, saying they sent an email to e-sign, drug around by like 4 different people until, of course, another bill was due. I do not have the money to pay it and explained that I spent MONTHS trying to cancel only to be told now when the bill is going to be charged anyway that I have to come in. I don’t even live in the state. If you’re looking for a gym with a caring staff, look elsewhere. All they care about is squeezing another bill out of you. Don’t believe me? Look at their policies.

The gym is clean, everyone is friendly and encouraging and the options for group fit classes are great. It's never had a pool or wet sauna/steam room, but it absolutely makes up for it in atmosphere and genuine staff. I've been to many gyms and very few have had people as caring and friendly as the staff here.

I don't go here to work out. I go here because they have a food pantry for those who need good. Just walk up and ask for the pantry and they will bring you a large bag of food items.

I go to the Y in the mornings before work. Convenient to get to and great equipment. However, the mornings tend to be social hour for most of the participants. Yelling across the room, haggling each other. The only exercise is "running the mouth". It's very annoying. My headset doesn't drown out the noise. Will probably try another Y across town to see if people actually go to workout instead of socializing.

They lied about the Process of cancellation they want to pay 2-3 extra months and while they want that money they aren’t allowing u into the gym. If I’m paying for something even tho I don’t want it I should still b able to utilize the gym. Also the people who work there don’t inform you of the correct information. YMCA has went down hill

I use to be a member of this gym...Very nice and close to where I live. My favorite area would be the sauna. I really wish they would build a pool that way members don't have to drive across town. I visit this location when I sign my son up for primetime. The staff is nice. I would definitely join again if I'm looking for a gym to join in the future.

Went there to take advantage of their food bank. The receptionist is fantastic. Helpful friendly knowledgeable & has great personality.

I go to this gym because it's the closest to me. This place is always so hot! I don't know what is up with their ac but it's horrible.

This facility sucks the 1 and only jacuzzi is closed. Not to mention the staff talked to my child without an adult present to address the issue at hand. Its Poor rule of being in the pool unsupervised until the age of 13 (my kid is 12 yrs and 11 months old) when there are full grown lifesavers on duty! After talking to one today I come to find that the one on duty is mentally challenged so how is he a life guard? He couldn't even answer my questions. This place all together is a shyt show i withdrew my membership today!
