We did not have a good experience at Augusta Golfcarts LLC. Mike was very nice and polite with his customer service. I will say that is the only good part about our service. We live an hour and a half away. We drove there to pick up the golfcart after being worked on and the batteries were replaced but nothing else. We knew it had another problem and we explained that to Mike on the phone previously. Once we were on the way, they truly test drove it and found out there was a problem like we had previously said . We were already on the way when they realized it was more than the batteries. So Here we were in town waiting because the golfcart was NOT fixed. After we got home the golfcart quit twice with the new batteries and supposedly they fixed other issues. The golfcart would also slow down after one trip around the neighborhood after being fully charged. We drove another hour and a half to take it back. They kept the cart for a week and a half and said they could not find any problems. We explained the golfcart quit twice and also would die quickly after charging all night long with the new batteries they installed. We drove another hour and a half to pick up our broken golfcart that they claim nothing Is wrong with. Not a good experience, not a good place to have a golfcart worked on. Also, if you have a trailer it is hard to pull in and out and it is on the main highway. We had to park in the median to unload the cart because it is so difficult to get in and out of their place with a trailer.

Needed new batteries in my Club Car DS and Augusta Golf Cart LLC came through, and even picked her up and dropped her back off!!I asked them to check and change the batteries and cables, and they did just that. Cadillac was back home, but something else was wrong with her when I drove her around. I gave the shop a call back, and not really to my supersing, they came back to my house and picked the Cart back up and brought it back in lighting speed. Immediately jumped on it, and she now rides like a Cadillac for sure!Can't say enough how pleased I am with the wonderful customer service, and great hospitality. You guys definitely just earned my business!!

Great experience. I had a service done about a year ago in North Augusta. My cart was hard to start and would never get to full speed. It had gas getting in the crankcase and would spit and sputter when I tried it use it. I had written it off as a boat anchor. ? After reading a lot of reviews I brought it to Augusta Golf Cart. I’m a very happy customer. It runs great. I would definitely recommend them. A thumbs up to the technician or “miracle worker “as I like to call him. ?

I had a issue with my golf cart after having it for 4 months of purchase.My warrenty was 3 months but Augusta golf cart picked my cart up and fixed it with no charge.I have been in the military for 25 years and now retired and i have never seen any business with the best customer service in my life and i have been to about 30 different states in my life and they are by far the best i have ever seen.So if you are intersted in getting a great deal and outstanding customer service please go to this place.All the Soldiers in th csra there is no where better.Retired US Army Master Sergeant (E8).

Excellent service from the pick up to the delivery. The prices are very fair and the staff is super helpful. Two guests have run my golf cart into trees and Augusta Golf Cart always gets me back on the road! Thank you.
