I've used Augusta Blueprint for my reprographics service since the mid 80's. I was totally disappointed in most recent experience. For the first time I felt like my needs weren't meet professionally. What disappointed me most was the fact that a "freeware" program was used on my last project and the results were terrible. Not only was the reproduced drawings terrible, but there was no/low toner in the in the copier. The technician saw it and did nothing to correct this. Everything seemed rushed. Needless to say critical line details were faint or not visible and the "freeware" did a really bad job with drawing text, My drawings were useless. This had to be a "one off". I had the same type work done last winter, and the work was immaculate. That was the main reason I came back, First time great, Second time, not so great

They lied to me over the phone and wasted my time. They told me over the phone they could do a doubled-sided 22x17 copy. I took time off work to go there, and when I got there, they said they couldn't do it. "Who did you talk to on the phone?" etc. No more capable than a regular copy place.

As someone who usually prefers to do my own flyers and ect, I became quite busy and was finding myself enable to get something important done, so nervously I searched for some place to get some help that would do the work properly. I have actually been overly satisfied with Augusta Blueprint's services. They were very understanding and did everything just as I asked them to for the project I was working on.Will definitely be reccomending them to my friends and colleagues. :)
