As I was in the process of looking for a new storage unit facility to use, I was extremely impressed with my experience with Attic Nook Storage. The staff made me feel like a valued customer as my main point of contact, Brittany, was more than happy to answer all my questions and help me find a solution for my needs. The friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out. If you’re looking for a storage solution with a personal touch and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend using this company.

An invaluable experience with services here since early on to months later. They helped to find the best unit size for my needs and broke down the application for ease. The manager and her team both courteous and diligent; will remember your names and keep up with maintaining the property. Would recommend checking them out on whatever event you're in.

I have had a storage unit for about 6 months now, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The units and surrounding ateas are always kept clean, nice, and free of any debris. I would recommend.

Attic nook will steal your money. They don’t offer refunds if you don’t use the whole month. I was paying 180 then my bill changed to 197. So I moved my stuff out on the 6th and they will not refund it. So please be careful READ THE LEASE!!! Horrible lease!! We work to hard for these businesses to take from us. Yes I paid on time and left everything in proper condition. Thanks to management Ms. Brittany resolved this issue and has a refund coming to me. I had no problem with storage at all.

Everyone was friendly. The price went up a little bit. They need better pest control and weather proofing. We have lost all of our belongings now and have to do the insurance claim. We didn't have any issues with the smaller size unit. Only the gigantic one up on the hill by railroad tracks.
