“This was the first state I lived in other than Hawaii. Coming here was both scary and an adventure. My husband and I searched for a luxury apartment at many different places, about 8 to be exact; out of all of them, The Glen stood out the most. We knew as soon as we pulled up that we were going to live here and when we met Amy, that’s what sealed the deal. Amy was the only person out of 8 complexes that kept our tour appointment and remembered our conversations. She answered the phone or called us back immediately everytime we reached out and she remained consistent throughout our entire stay. We were able to apply for the 3 bedroom that same day and shortly after, we were officially residence. Amy is the best at what she does here at the Glen as well as the nicest, kindest, and most down to earth person I have met here. Real estate and property management is no easy task and Amy is a master at her craft.It breaks my heart to leave here, my husband is military and we are PCSing… but for all the military and/or civilian folks looking for a luxury apartment with wonderful southern hospitality, look no further. I hope you find your home here at The Glen just like my family did.”

“Great starter apartments! New office staff have been very helpful and communicate well with the residents. Pest control and lawn/community maintance come by often so the outside is usually clean and apartment is mostly bug free. Wish there were more amenities and that the gym was actually open but overall good community. Also, since a lot of residents have dogs it would be a good idea to have dog waste receptacles so there isn't dog waste all over the grounds”

“We have lived here for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say- the office is responsive and helpful, our neighbors are fantastic, and we are close to everything we need while still having a quiet, safe space to come home to. Additionally the price is super affordable for two bedrooms and 1.5 baths.One of the major highlights of living here is Matt, the guy in charge of maintenance! He is responsive, quick, and incredibly helpful no matter what the problem is. Our heat went out overnight and he was in our apartment the very next morning and had the problem solved within an hour or two. I have lived in multiple places and never had maintenance that quick or friendly.For full transparency- the apartments are older and things come along with that (e.g., thin walls) but the benefits outweigh any cons when it comes to renting with Willow Ridge.”

“Springhouse Apartments staff and maintenance department treated me and my family with respect from day one. We moved into our apartment around September 2023 and staff made sure that we were completely satisfied with our apartment choice. To date, their concern is still the same. Maintenance will come to make repairs and is genuinely concerned about our issues.This was our first apartment rental and it was been a great overall experience for us!
