I love acute care!! The staff is always so friendly and do a great job with the animals. My dog is more anxious, but they always make me feel like she’s in safe hands!!

Dr Flood is the best veterinarian we’ve seen with our three cats aged 6 to 20 - ever. We are military, 21 years, and move a lot. We also have veterinarians in the family and there are roughly 20 veterinarians that work for me at my current job - Dr Flood is closer to our home than the on base clinic, and she was recommended to us. She used to work with my current staff on base and they miss her because she was awesome back then as well.Dr Flood is detail oriented and takes her time with each patient. Primarily she oversees our diabetic cat. Dr Flood monitors the cat’s glucose levels over the net through CGM device. She calls to follow up. She calls to do a double follow up just in case there is something we need to take extra care for. The care she provides is as if they were her own.The clinic is clean and run well. All the staff are friendly and professional.

Wow! 5 star customer service! My dog had a paw injury and Dr Bloodworth was able to see him right away. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you and your pet feel comfortable.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and enthusiastic Vets and clinic staff. They’ve been through several pet life’s with me and have been nothing but compassionate caretakers over the years. Very fair on pricing for the level of service you receive!

This Clinic "lost" my mom's dog, that she received from friends after surviving breast cancer. My mom is at a loss for words in this situation as am I. She only received a letter explaining her "door was closed" at the end of the night and in the morning she wasn't in the kennel.Please be careful when considering this clinic for boarding and maybe even care.

The wait can be a bit long but they are understanding if you need to change your appointment date as well and have also got my cat in fast during a minor emergency! My cat is obviously not a fan

I've only been here a few times but they will continue to be my primary vet. They are so simple and are extremely fair on price. They are so easy going, how vets used to be years ago. The first time I went there, they were the only clinic in the Augusta area that could see me same day.

I love acute care! We’ve been taking our dogs there for 10 years at least. The front desk women are so kind and helpful on the phone and in person. I never feel like they’re trying to just get more money out of me. Everyone is so understanding with my reactive dog which is amazing! The most personable vet office in town in my opinion!

This Veterinarian is amazing!! My little boy Cooper my pom had a issue and was seen right away and fixed it, barely no wait and it was busy but they get to the point and remember you from just a phone call.. Thank you, Cooper is up and taking his toys back from his sisters and playing.. If your new to this area or just got a new fur baby looking for a Veterinarian this is the place to go...
