This is the sweetest vet clinic. From the time you walk in until you leave, everyone you encounter is kind and friendly. They genuinely care for your your pet, and take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Staff was very prompt in getting me in for an appointment when my girl was sick. They took the time to listen to me and were very thorough. Their pricing was fair and they were super friendly. Definitely switching to them as my regular vet.

This clinic has been incredible. My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes by another vet clinic and I switched to Acute Care a week later and am Happy I did. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I know everything I need to in order to care for her. They have been very responsive to my questions and seem like they actually care about my cats well being!

After my first visit here, I'm certain I'll be coming back for any veterinary care needs. Kind and professional staff, not pushy and great prices. Some clinics have felt scammy and overpriced but Acute was reasonable, honest, and quick!

I have two dogs and three cats, so we spend a lot of time and money on veterinary care. Acute Care is great for straight forward, reasonably priced care such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, and procedures such as dental cleanings. They also have good availability. One of the biggest reasons I moved from my previous vet was that we would often have to wait weeks for any kind of appointment. That's fine for routine visits, but when my elderly dog is sick I can't wait a week for him to be seen. I have always been able to make next day (sometimes even same day!) appointments for acute issues, which is extremely helpful. The front office staff are very friendly and kind. I've noticed that they seem to know every patient/owner's name and a little about them, because they genuinely take an interest in their patients. We will be sticking with Acute Care as long as we are in the Augusta area.

I love acute care!! The staff is always so friendly and do a great job with the animals. My dog is more anxious, but they always make me feel like she’s in safe hands!!

Dr Flood is the best veterinarian we’ve seen with our three cats aged 6 to 20 - ever. We are military, 21 years, and move a lot. We also have veterinarians in the family and there are roughly 20 veterinarians that work for me at my current job - Dr Flood is closer to our home than the on base clinic, and she was recommended to us. She used to work with my current staff on base and they miss her because she was awesome back then as well.Dr Flood is detail oriented and takes her time with each patient. Primarily she oversees our diabetic cat. Dr Flood monitors the cat’s glucose levels over the net through CGM device. She calls to follow up. She calls to do a double follow up just in case there is something we need to take extra care for. The care she provides is as if they were her own.The clinic is clean and run well. All the staff are friendly and professional.

Wow! 5 star customer service! My dog had a paw injury and Dr Bloodworth was able to see him right away. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you and your pet feel comfortable.
