From beginning to end, the staff at A.C. Proctor's Paint & Body Shop was very informative, helpful, and thorough. After my accident, I was a little worried about dealing with the insurance company. The staff walked me through all the steps I had to take and assured me that my Honda would be totally repaired. They delivered, and I am very happy.

I did not have a service done here; however, if they explain to me that this particular job was not in their wheelhouse, and provided me a great referral to where I could have it done. The person that answered the phone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can tell this business has great customer service.

I didn’t get an actual service done yet, as appointments are full. However, they zip tied my bumper in the meantime so that I won’t have to drive around with it hanging or dragging and it looks as if nothing was ever wrong. I highly appreciate it. The few minutes that I was there, I was treated professionally and was even given advice about my insurance coverage. Very comfortable atmosphere. Glad that I chose them.
