I just got finish having Luxury Vinyl Plank installed in my home. Nicole was very knowledgeable about the product, prices, and quality of each product. I did not get my first choice but Nicole was able to get another LVP that was similar but more in my price range. The installation was quick and well organized. Marty was the supervisor on the project. He made sure the men were on the time and the project was finish by the time given to me. They cleaned up and move my furniture back in place after finishing. If I could give them a rating of 10, I would. The best carpet company in this area.

Davina and the entire A&D Team helped make my home renovation a breeze! I texted a couple pictures, explained my project goals and Davina arrived at my home with affordable, personalized recommendations that I loved(!) within 48 hours of my initial call. The gentlemen on the install team were prompt, friendly, highly-skilled...and super fast! The entire process - from my initial call to completed installation - took less than two weeks. Thank you, Davina, and the entire A&D Team for the exceptional service!

I enthusiastically recommend A & D Carpets and Hardwoods to anyone considering anything to do with floors. I’ve worked with them twice now, and both times they’ve gone above and beyond providing polite, prompt, and professional service. All of my questions were answered quickly and with clear explanations. The installation crew was friendly and hardworking. It was clear that at every step, the people of A & D took pride in their work and were committed to delivering a job well done. From showroom to finished installation, everyone with A & D was wonderful.

We recently purchased some laminate flooring from this company. The process was smooth from start to finish. Amanda was great, courteous, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Sometimes you feel like a salesperson may lie or upsell you for the sale. I NEVER felt like that at all here. They're very honest folks. My expectations were set, met and exceeded! If my family and I ever need flooring again, we'll be back. Highly recommend these folks! Also, they do "cash-n-carry", so you can buy your flooring here to install on your own, or they have installers on staff. I love the options. They have a great selection and can even order flooring to match what you already have. We decided to self-install, and we're allowed to check the boxes for damage prior to leaving. Our floor came out beautifully.

I purchased carpet for my house (last year) and Rhyman and Paul were the installers. They both did an awesome job installing my carpet. They moved all the furniture out of each bedroom (a lot of furniture) and once the carpet was installed, replaced all the furniture back in the same spot. (smile) Rhyman and Paul were both very respectful, kind, and professional and did an outstanding job with my installation. Here it is a year later, and I am still very happy with my carpet. Hands down best customer service! I was considering replacing carpet with LVP or hardwood. From when I walked in and was extremely indecisive, Ashley Cain was patient, kind, and knowledgeable! She was able to match my living room hardwood from a picture! Not only was she fantastic but so was the floor crew. I had Evan, Cosner (spellcheck), and Jacob. They were so professional, respectful, and neat!! They’ve done a fantastic job elevating the look of my home. Highly recommend!

I have not used this company yet but just from walking in the store and dealing with becky and ashley , i was impressed enough to consider them for a major job at my home. Ashley was beyond fantastic from start to finish. Ashley asked all the right questions, was knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process of getting laminate flooring throughout our whole hous… more . so i feel really good about hearing what my estimate is and going on to do this business with them. cudos, ashley.

Long review. I wish I could give more than 1 Star, but the customer service and the installation experience was too horrible to go any higher. Installation was scheduled for 1 day over the phone, however when the installation packet arrived, the installation dates noted 2 days. I called the store and was told that the majority of the work will be done on the 1st day and the 2nd day was “only if needed”.Install Day. 2 installers arrived at 8:30 and got straight to work. By 2:30, they were packing up with only about 30% of the work completed. I questioned it, and was told that they didn’t want to rush the work that day, but they will complete the work the 2nd day by 3:00. While the installers were packing up and chit chatting, that’s when things turned uncomfortable. 1 of the installers asked me out and talked about Jesus. He even stated, “I know I shouldn’t be doing this since you’re a customer, but...” Thing is, I don’t care that I was asked out, and it’s great that he found Jesus, but what I will not accept is being touched; the installer decided to squeeze my upper arm since he was “so impressed” that I relocated my smaller furniture items.2nd Install Day. Same 2 installers arrived at 8:30 and don’t leave until 7:00. Unacceptable, especially when they decided to leave at 2:30 the day before and told me they would finish by 3:00. I really hate having workers in my house past normal working hours. I wasn’t happy at all on how they cut the angles of the quarter-round, they weren’t straight cuts and most of them looked like a dog chewed at it (later learned that they cut on the fingerling which left the cut splintered), and left a .5” gap on one side of my door trim. I mentioned it to the lead installer, and got the response, “It’s just how the house was built and a piece flew off while I was cutting it”. At this point, I was so done with them that I just said ok and decided to go to the store the next day with my issues.Next Day. I show pictures and tell the guy I’m not satisfied with how it turned out. He fights me on this saying it’s done correctly and during our conversation talks down to me stating, “Are they professional trim installers?” referring to me stating that my friends and family that I showed the pictures to agreed the cuts were not done properly. We talk a bit more and came to the conclusion that they would send out another installer to fix it.Email from Owner. She’s heard about the uncomfortable incident and had talked to the installers. She should have just left it at that, instead of providing me with excuses on why it happened. Went on to tell me that he’s the most outgoing installer that they have. Also, it was just him being him. His personality. Sorry, but having an outgoing personality does not give anyone the right, or automatic permission, to touch another person.Fix Issues Day. They send 4 installers. In and out in 45 mins. Joe was the lead installer and all of them were professional. If I had these installers from day 1, I’m sure my experience would have been an 180. They fixed all but one of my issues, even the issues Joe found that I had no idea that I had from the previous installers. The one issue they don’t fix is the .5” gap in my trim. Joe offered to come back, but I was done with this company and just wanted my house back to normal.After almost three months, I’m still trying to find a company/handyman that can repair the .5” gap in my trim, and still finding installation debris all in my furniture and home decor, even after a deep clean. Would have been nice to be told to plastic wrap everything if they were not going to provide any.I have more flooring to replace and have already been looking elsewhere for a company that provides the quality of material, plus the level of customer service and professionalism that I expect a professional company to have.Service: Laminate floor installation

I very seldom write a review, unless the service was really bad or really good. This service was GREAT. I love it when a company is considerate of YOUR TIME. This company was on time, they provided quality customer service, Amanda (one of their salespersons) was AMAZING, and my floors are beautiful. I wish I was aware of them before I hired Lowe's (contracting team) last winter to install my porcelain tile in my bathrooms. If anyone needs flooring, please contact them before hiring anyone else, especially Lowe's. Also, their pricing was so reasonable. I am beyond pleased with the outcome.????Service: Wood floor installation

Ashley Cain is the winner here. Super friendly, has a great positive attitude about the flooring available. Helped with costs and installation timing. Highly recommend this company over Home Depot.
