This man is here within 10 minutes takes me to a tire shop that has a tire that’s gonna fix my ram. Get me to where I need to go and there’s also helping them take my tire off when that’s not even his job 10 out of 10 not a five star 10 star this gentleman saved the day, if you were ever in this area, need someone call tow hub -Nickosia Armitage”

“I had a little issue with my car not wanting to start, so I had to call for a tow and take it to a mechanic. Let me tell you, the tow truck driver who came to my rescue was an absolute gem! From answering the phone , They were incredibly helpful and friendly. This actually marks the second time I've relied on their assistance, and I can't recommend them enough!”
“Didn't get the guy's name but I will only ever use this company for all my towing needs. So Thursday 7/20 was a bad storm and a tree was across the road. Long story short I got stuck at 10pm.called my road side and sat till 1am when the company they sent got there then refused to pull me out without saying him over 300 dollars. And pulled off leaving me there. So when I could finally get someone to send me money to get pulled out this company came to the rescue and had me out in less than five mins. Great company”

“I hit a curb after a car, distracted me, and I swerved and hit the right wheels on both sides of the car, breaking one wheel and busting the tire in the back but I got it home as the front tire did not go flat, even though the rim was broken on the edge But it was flat this morning. I called Hensley automotive who's going to fix the wheels and tires then I decided it needed to be towed so Hensley recommended me to specialized and Taylor was here within 20 minutes picked up the car has already delivered it. When I called, the girl, who answered the phone was very professional, sharp, got my address and had him on the way within five minutes. I could not be more happy for the service. These guys provided and Taylor was the driver who I was just say thank you too. I've had cars towed before and waited hours and seen some of the negatives written in some of these reviews but I don't get it because these guys were professional friendly and got the job done. I have four cars and I drive 100,000 miles a year I highly recommend them.!!!!”
