“I went to this Target yesterday and bought a good bit of stuff and ran into a customer service issue. Found and item 0'd out and it was taken, which in my previous experience isn't usually in most other stores. I let it go. Came back this morning and spoke with Becky about this situation. She handled this with the most care as well as Catherine who took it upon herself hearing the situation to go back and find this belt. It was sold to me at its discount price. Very happy with how they handled and resolved this situation.

I came in with my 2 little ones, stressed to the max and a mess, bringing literally all I had left to try to afford my power bill and he saved me. I walked out of there so relieved and his customer service changed my whole attitude and day. Not to mention the rest of the staff seemed like family and were very friendly and funny. “It's Wal-Mart, what can I say, this store is usually stocked up with everything you need, seldom do I find items not in stock. However they can definitely work on opening more check out lanes at high volume times. I know it's difficult and I can imagine all the ongoing staffing issues they face, but people hate waiting in longghhh lines. Management has always been friendly when I needed finding something or had any concerns. This location is better than many I have visited...”

“When it comes to customer service. I rate this location 5 star. Keisha is an amazing manager. I had some real issues getting my photo books of my wedding completed. This was due to the site needing repairs to their machinery. Keisha kept me up to date on the progress of my photo books being completed. In addition she was apologetic and offered a discount on the final product. I am most appreciative to her and her staff. My aunt received her photo book and loved it. Thank you Keisha.”
