I have a few things to return. Auburn store was damaged and closed so I took it to another Dollar General and they would not take the return. It was not damaged they just said they could not take an Auburn return.I feel that is very unexceptable.

It’s a rare occasion they’re actually open in the evenings. They often close before they’re posted hours. Today was the earliest: 6:30 p.m. It’s happened to me a dozen times, no exaggeration, and it’s taken that many times for me to finally post a review on it.

Staff is unprofessional, not helpful. The cleanliness is grotesque... I would rather go to a flea market. Below standard of living!!!! We pay taxes for this establishment.

Great location, friendly staff and clean. My only issue is that the store is often closed during the posted open hours. This is the 2nd time in one month I've pulled up to an empty parking lot and a handwritten sign stating they closed early. Maybe its a staffing issue...

This is the best Dollar General I was in your store yesterday afternoon and your Assistant Manager was so kind to me and helped get some diapers I needed of the very top shelf. She was very professional with myself as well as her other customers and was so kind and friendly. Kuddos to Carla!!! ??A lot of other Dollar Generals around could learn a lot about customer service from Miss Carla:)

Last two times the manager and employee just talked to each other while checking me out. Just grabbed my stuff and started scanning. No hello, no thank you, nothing. On top of that they were in side office long enough for anyone waiting to just walk out. I just won't be back.

Dollar General where items cost about as much as other stores. Items used to be much cheaper but with inflation expect to pay the same amount here as you would at any other stores.
