This pharmacy has treated my parents so terribly within the past two years. The only reason they stayed with them is because they were the most convenient for the area. But between having rude and unhelpful staff and treating them poorly regarding filling prescriptions and transferring it’s no wonder they’re closing. Hopefully Auburn will get a better pharmacy now that they’ll be gone.

Quick, easy, they have what you would expect a drug store to have and a surprisingly good selection of things you wouldn't realize they carry.

This store stays pretty busy but when I call in they always take care of my needs in the pharmacy department . They are friendly , nice , and polite , they always answer all my questions and if they don’t know the answer they may put me on hold but someone always picks up to the to ask what I need . Thank you for always having a smiling face and being kind when I call . Thank you for all your hard work !

I started going here because the older lady that was the pharmacist seem to care about her patients. But after the last few times I’ve been it’s been one big hassle. Today was the final draw. I get a call saying I can pick up my meds after six. Got to the store at 7. Was told they didn’t have it and I said then why did I get a call about it. The lady asked who called me. Then they found it all of a sudden and I got what I needed but what a headache will not come back to this location.

Imma be honest the staff is good but the manager trippin, she’s super judgmental and always has something to say, she said my mom was not “womanly” and “not self sufficient” all cause my mom couldn’t change the tire on her car after we got a flat so me and this manager lady were going at it and I was defending my mom then she brushed me off by saying I don’t understand cause “I’m not a mother of 4 like her” mind you my mom raised my sister who is turning 21 soon and is still raising me (17) and my brother (9) as a single mother and she even did it with the absence of my father for 13 years so yeah such a judgmental manager that has something to say when she doesn’t know anything

I opted for this location because they were the only CVS in the area that had our prescription in stock at our time of need. Now I know why.Refusal to dispense antibiotic prescription at 802pm when the pharmacist and 2 staff members were still present and working in the department. This was for an antibiotic for our 10 year old son that was prescribed by his doctor at 545 p.m. the same day. The staff was aware of our need via a prior phone call we had at 7pm. They said I'd receive a text when the medicine was ready. I never received a text. At 745pm I checked the app and it stated it was ready for pick up. I raced there and was denied service. If this was their child, they would be irate. I can't even comprehend this level of insensitivity. Truly an incredible lack of regard for a child and the community. They get 2 stars only because the front check out staff is always very polite.The facility needs maintenance. The windows need cleaning, exterior needs painting, new carpet, the parking lot needs lines painted and asphalt repaired. The blinds are torn and bent and no longer cover the drive thru window so they have propped up black foam board on half the window. The facility lacks all class much like their ethics.I will be seeking other options for future services.

This CVS is a wonderful neighborhood drug store. The store is immaculate and all displays are clean and well stocked. The pharmacist is knowledgeable, concerned for her patients and always interested in the patient’s concerns.5 star pharmacy.

This is by far the WORST PHARMACY i have ever been too. the guy who runs it (Mr Thomas) is terrible with customersevery time the phone sys calls me i go there and he says i have nothingi say the phone sys told me i had some ready he states the teolgy is badpLUS he says he cant change my old credit card on file to a new onei do alot of business at cvs but i thinking of changin because of mr thomas

I hate hate hare the redundant automated call director that routes you incorrectly everytime. Spending 29 minutes on hold when you need assistance is nonsense.

This location has struggled with some staffing issues and being a very busy location however the main pharmacists and managers of the pharmacy have always been amazing to work with. And gone above and beyond for me a couple of times. They still continue to earn my business.
