Was with this company for some time. The rates increased every few months or so simply because I live in Georgia. On a recent bill I was misinformed about how much it would increase and it put my finances at risk. Paying an extra hundred dollars a month would be detrimental to most people's budget, especially if they had no idea they would be paying it. Regardless, this oversight has cost me more than I should have paid, and them, a customer. Move on.
